Overall, no complaints about the appliance itself. It was missing the screws for the casters, but it was easy enough to pick them up from the local HW store. Spacing inside is good, baskets feel nice and the LED light is a huge plus.

We just bought a $500 deep-freeze and they delivered it with a dent said it was fine ( we called that moment ) and from day one it has never froze. We gave it a couple of days to freeze, we have had it a couple of weeks, geek squad finally came out and said the thermostat is bad. Best Buy said Frigidaire has to take care of it and Frigidaire is saying Best Buy is responsible.

Don't buy this-we had to purchase an pick it up on weekend because our old Kenmore freezer finally died. Unfortunately it was filled with $1800 worth of meat. Because this one was dead out-of-the-box, we ended up losing the majority.. Don't trust this brand.
