I am very happy with my Frigidaire freezer! I love that it is self defrost, and has plenty of space. It took me a while to get this freezer due to COVID-19. But it was worth the wait. It’s very quiet and doesn’t use a lot of electricity. I love the green light that shows that the freezer is operating that’s located at the bottom of the freezer. Looks nice especially at night.

Buy at your own risk, this freezer has never closed/sealed properly. At first I thought oh, I just didn't close it all the way but that wasn't it. I have even gone so far as to strap it closed and still can't get a good seal. Contacted Frigidaire and they said so sorry but past warranty, purchased feb 2024, here is 25% off coupon towards parts. I am sorry but if I just spent $$$ why would I spend more on a faulty product. Won't ever buy another Frigidaire product again, they don't stand buy their products.

My husband and I decided to do the NutriSystem diet during the pandemic. We ordered the perfect size freezer for our frozen meals. We each get two full shelves, and we use the side pockets for the veggies. Whenever we need to have a meal, it is so quick and easy to find the correct foods. It’s also very quiet, frost free, and the LED light makes it easy to see what’s in there. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for stocking up for 2 people! I searched multiple sites/brands to find a freezer that fit very specific dimensions/needs and this one really hits all the marks. Our house has small or awkward openings into the basement (aka, I'm sure the Best Buy professionals would have gotten it down there, but if we ever moved it would have to stay with the house). This lead us to decision to place a freezer inside the pantry, which we needed one to fit specific dimensions. This freezer keeps things cold and is very quiet. Inside is very roomy and has a green light that shines on the floor to tell you that its working.

I really like the fact that there are so many places to store my food, there are shelves in the door. There are four shelves, and there are two baskets. In addition, I really like the little indicator light under the door to alert us of a power outage.

It is working great.. Quickly started getting cold right after we plugged it in.. But we sure would appreciate a longer cord..it's too far from receptacle..if we moved it closer to it my car would hit it.. Only gripe we have.. Have to use an extension cord.. Unless I park my car outside.. Not going to happen though

The freezer has been installed in our garage for about a month now. Working great, easy set up. I like the light at the bottom of the freezer that shines even when the door is closed. A lot more interior space for food that I realised. So much easier to find what I want than in our old chest freezer.

Ordered March 1st at $579 delivered on 3/28. Selling price is now $769-why? I feel the general public is seeing some questionable pricing on popular items during the current event. What's your say Best Buy? On to the freezer-works great. Love the interior light and green LED light shining on the floor to let you know there is power to the freezer. I checked internal temp-even from top to bottom. So far so good other than the almost $200 price increase in a month.

Much better than the more expensive hunk of junk Kitchen Aid fridge we had. Didn't want to get another fridge with the water and ice maker in the door because those kind of ice makers tend to break a lot. With the ice now in the bottom freezer compartment, you also get a lot more ice than you would if it were in the door. Plenty of room inside. Water filter is easy to change. Freezer is decent size, though we also have an upright freezer in the garage for other stuff. Overall we're very happy with this purchase.

We were looking for a garage-based freezer and lucked out in finding this little gem at the Best Buy Outlet store. The machine can freeze food at its regular setting of 0°F. The machine is quiet and frost-free. The shelving is semi-adjustable; there are only a few additional slots to place the shelves, but they work. We had some minor paint issues; the paint application looked a bit thin in some areas, but those were easily fixed with a quick trip to the local blue colored big-box home improvement retailer. With our sloping garage floor, we spent some time levelling the machine, but it was pretty simple to do with the cartoon-based owner's manual. If English were not my primary language, without those cartoons, I would have been lost as to how to perform the task.

The freezer is good. Adjustable shelving was a plus. It's taller but more narrow than our last one, which is nice as it fits better in the space. Happy with our choice

This was a very hard to find item since the pandemic started. Even though it took 3 times to order it and it was cancelled twice due to unavailability, we were still happy to finally get it. We love the space and it is much better than a chest freezer. It seems to work great.

So far, so good. I bought this to replace an older stand alone freezer that was about to die. I am quite satisfied with the choice. It is very quiet and fits all of our needs for extra space for frozen food. I would totally recommend this brand and to buy from Bestbuy. The wait was about a month since our local store did not have it in stock but well worth the wait. The delivery process was excellent, the guys were very professional and fast.

We had to wait a month for delivery but the freezer is exactly what we wanted. The temp stability seems to be +/- 5 degrees in our garage…hovering between -3/+2 at the current setting. That’s great.

Changed from left hand opening to right hand - not too difficult. "Normal" setting seems to be around zero degrees F. I set it for slightly colder - monitored temp with a wireless thermometer before transferring food from old freezer to new. Freezer has been maintaining temp between -1 and -4 F first few weeks. Pretty happy with purchase so far - took a long time to get it.

We are very satisfied with this product. We originally were going for a smaller one, but we are now glad we chose the 15.5 Cu. Ft. The delivery was very smooth and the installation flawless.

Was a little more money than we wanted to spend but it is a nice compact sized freezer. Very quiet and the Best Buy delivery team was there at 7am to install it. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered this freezer because of the model and the size. It fits perfectly where I want it and so far its running good.

First the delivery guys were awesome they came on time & they were very respectful & pleasant. They placed my freezer where I selected and ensure it was leveled. As for the freezer it looks good and it had lots of space. It's very quite. I love the light that's at the bottom of the freezer it easy for us to know that the freezer is on. I haven't had a problem with the freezer. Very happy to have made this purchase.
