After reading reviews we were almost sold on this unit. Got to Best Buy and found it on sale, used our best buy credits and a Groupon coupon, basically got a 3 year warranty free. Weeks great so far..waiting to see my first energy bill, but very happy so far!

I had 2 10,000 BTU floor model ac units in my office and it still got 95 degrees in my office, I bought this 15,100 BTU window unit and it is night and day difference in my office now. It is amazing how cold it gets not in my office and I love my job again lol. I highly recommend this unit for someone needing 1. My office is approx. 1100 sq feet. with 11 1/2 foot high ceilings. Hope this helps someone :)

It cools a 400 sq ft with 10 ft height room fast and quieter operation than other brands. It has a case to install and has to be done professionally

Our downstairs rooms total about 1200sq feet. This unit works for us! Actually pretty simple to put in the window. Just follow directions!

i know im using this in a room thats too big. but it cools 1250 sq feet with 15 foot ceilings unless its over 90 outside so this machine packs a punch

I searched from portable ac's to window ac's. The portable just didn' t have enough power. I have sliding windows so I thought a window ac was not possible but a friend blocked off the top portion of the window with a plank of wood. I needed to cool at least 640 square feet and this unit does that no problem.

This is the second time I've bought this model. The first one conked out after 4 years but considering usage and city dirt, it was good deal too.

I had to return it because it didn't fit in the window.I do have two other Frigidaire units ( 12,000btu and 6,000btu ) and they both work great.

Only using in mid size bedroom. It cools great and doesn't take long

Putting the unit together requires some attention the average consumer would probably not appreciate. The air conditioner is efficient and quiet and gets the room cold I'm happy with it

GETS ROOM COOL IN TO TIME, INSTALLATION WAS THE WORST. VERY QUIET, AND BLOWS LIKE CRAZY. LOVE ALL THE SETTING LIKE THE ECONOMY SETTING, SHUTS DOWN WHEN REACHING THE TEMP. SO FAR SO GOOD

Though heavy and unwieldy, this air conditioner cools well. It is exceptionally loud however.

Tired of trying to cool a house with two ac's running at full blast all day. I live in a 1951 very small house that soaks up the sun! So I went a little over kill and picked this up at the amazing price. I enjoy walking into my house after a 12 hour day In 90 + degree heat pouring asphalt. Worth every penny!

It cools my 1st floor (3 rooms) and hallway and bathroom 2nd floor.

I would recommend this AC unit for a large room. It cools it really fast.
