It had same damage on outer fins bestbuy offered 10%discount. Comes from china. Will not order another when it comes time as a frigid aire I expect item to be perfect condition

Bought unit for storage unit and works GREAT

I set the temperature and walk out knowing that is where it will stay! In Florida it is imperative that any storage facility has A/C to prevent humidity damage to stored items.

Had to special order it, first one dropped by UPS, so bad the frame was in the coils, second came fine... Great customer service BB! The constant cycling is very annoying though that is why i gave four stars...and it was missing a part... :(

Cools my whole 1st floor

The unit comes out of the housing to make the installation a bit easier but it is definitely a two man job. I like that it can be set to a temperature and it cycles on & off so it is not constantly running.
