Best Buy Lists Incorrect Dimensions

I compared many models and different brands of refrigerators to be sure I'd get one that didn't stick out too much. The sales tech helped me compare and assured me that this model had a depth of 26.63 inches. That is also confirmed by the specifications in the listing. But after it was delivered, I noticed I couldn't push it back to the wall enough to avoid sticking out. So I measured it and discovered that it is actually over 30 inches. Too late since the delivery guys were gone. I will hesitate to make any big-ticket purchase from Best Buy again since I can't trust their advertising.

Excellent lighting and moveable shelving (the deli drawer slides as needed too). It's a little louder than I thought it would be, but can't complain for the price.

It makes loud noises when open and closed. It does not have a tight seal around the door so frozen moisture at all times. The delivery men just put it in my house. Not even Best Buy people. I had to unwrap the cling wrap and put clips on. Glad I didn’t need the doors reversed

The refrigerator stopped working 17 months after it was delivered. Best Buy delivery was good. I have since found too many others that purchased Frigidaire and the unit condenser failed quickly.

It was a nightmare, every step of the way

I bought this 18 Cu Feet, Frigidaire refrigerator, Model FFHT1835VS3, and I must say they FAILED miserably in all aspects: product reliability; warranty, customer service, supply chain. It was a nightmare, every step of the way. I could not believe this can happen in the US in 2025! I bought this fridge and after six months it stopped working. Just died! Although I had NO working fridge, the service tech was scheduled for a date TWO weeks later. No emergency service for a new fridge that just died! Tech comes two weeks later, and cannot fix it! he says it needs a new compressor, and it takes two weeks to order it !!! A week later I get a text, that the part is out of stock, and the repair is delayed indefinitely (By now I am a MONTH without a fridge)- I am asking customer service to provide me loaner, or get me a new fridge, but they refuse, and actually are pretty hostile, that I keep bothering them. 3-4 weeks later I got the parts by mail, and tech Number 2 comes out - He was able to turn on the fridge for a few minutes, and claims there is no problem! no repair needed, and leaves, without verifying why the previous tech ordered a new compressor?! When I get back home later, the fridge is still DEAD!!!- By now I am TWO months without a fridge!!!! Asking again customer service to replace the fridge- Getting the same apathic answer- no replacement fridge- They have to send out a 3rd tech, to determine if the fridge is fixable!!!- By the way, they will NOT transfer you to a supervisor or manager, as per Corporate policy!!! After THREE months, of being without a fridge, I gave up and bought a new LG fridge! NEVER AGAIN FRIGIDAIRE.

One day it was fine and the next morning, we woke up with all the food lukewarm, even in the food in the freezer. Do not buy, you will need to buy a new fridge after one year. Horrible condenser fan motor.
