They were fast and friendly. I like the spacing of the shelves, and it claims to be far more energy efficient than my old freezer.

It has lots of room for the things we love to keep on hand. I really like the fact that it is able to be put in our garage, that saves us a lot of room inside for other things.

One year and one day after it was delivered, the compressor goes out. Frigidaire won't cover the warranty. Says they go buy purchase date, which, my other appliances go by install date. The repair person says most often the fan goes out on this unit due to a design flaw. Well, to fix the compressor costs as much as a new one. Then, of course, the fan could go out t any minute on this model. It's not worth buying and I'll never buy from Frigidaire again. They are worthless. Oh, and actually, it went out exactly one year after delivery, since we had unloaded it the day before, but didn't call Frigidaire until the next day. Another thing- the door doesn't close with a lot of suction, so you never know if it'll pop open or not.
