    Excellent service had issues in beginning with defective freezer from manufacturer . best buy solved the issue

    This has been a great freezer with no issues. It has a vacuum seal which is even better for keeping things fresh and sealed.

    Wonderful freezer… when it’s working properly. It keeps beeping and freezing up every couple months which also leads to food loss

    Frigidaire Freezer

    It was delivered on-time, the guys knew their job and did it. They were fast and friendly. I like the spacing of the shelves, and it claims to be far more energy efficient than my old freezer.

    We have really enjoyed our new freezer. It has lots of room for the things we love to keep on hand. I really like the fact that it is able to be put in our garage, that saves us a lot of room inside for other things.

    This freezer is a piece of cr*p. One year and one day after it was delivered, the compressor goes out. Frigidaire won't cover the warranty. Says they go buy purchase date, which, my other appliances go by install date. The repair person says most often the fan goes out on this unit due to a design flaw. Well, to fix the compressor costs as much as a new one. Then, of course, the fan could go out t any minute on this model. It's not worth buying and I'll never buy from Frigidaire again. They are worthless. Oh, and actually, it went out exactly one year after delivery, since we had unloaded it the day before, but didn't call Frigidaire until the next day. Another thing- the door doesn't close with a lot of suction, so you never know if it'll pop open or not.

    This has got to be the best up right freezer I have purchased. I am so happy that the other store was to busy to help me or I would have never went next door to Best Buy I should have known. Thank you Best Buy

    Super nice and convenient. We were able to store so many breakfast and dinner items for the kids. Super easy and accessible for my little one to get into. Keeps everything nice and cold.
