This is a great freezer. Cooled down very fast. Stays cold and has a great seal. Very happy with this purchase.

Just purchased this freezer so I know very little about it except I really like the layout and capacity, After I bought an extra shelf, It holds much more product than my previous freezer which had a larger capacity rating. My rating would be a 5 star except for the problem I am having trying to get them to send me a user's manual. The tiny generic pamphlet that came with the freezer is of no use. In response to my request, they sent me a tiny generic pamphlet for built-in kitchen ranges. My rating may change if they get me a real manual.

This freezer has lots of usable volume for all shapes of packages. The door storage is very good. The only negative comment is that the freezer comes with four shelves when there is space for six. The cost of the two additional shelves is almost $100. I made my own using wooden dowels and wire baking racks.

I have been looking for a new freezer for awhile and had been researching this one so when I saw it was on sale I just had to buy it.
