Fridge works fine except it arrived with some dents on the side and a dent on the top in the middle of the Freezer door. Called CS and a tech was dispatched, he agreed to replace the freezer door but CV19 arrived before the door so I'm still waiting for the door to be replaced. My one complaint is that the freezer door handle sticks out a bit far and if you are not careful you can bump your head if you reach in too far into the fridge section. Other than that the refrigerator works great. I've owned Frigidaire products over the yrs and found them to be extremely reliable and you get value for the money.

My Biggest Problem with the Fridge is...the Door Rail Gaurds...those come off WAYYY too easy and accidentally at that. That means i have broken, damaged and had bust open...Many different Bottles, Beverages, containers and jars that way. Thus money in Losses adds up...especially when i got to be careful opening and closing the door...like super slow and gentle...like balancing Glass. I Absolutely Do Not like that the Bottom Drawers say, "Fresh Drawer." i Find that very much Displeasing. When Said Fridge was delivered...that came slightly damaged...with some outside subtle dents...and the back bottom piece was sticking out irregularly.

The entire process from order to hookup was top notch. The fridge is gorgeous and roomy. The temperature is set on the recommended and my wife and I are amazed how much colder things are compared to our ten plus year old Frigidaire. Highly recommend. And now the delivery crew. They called within 20 minutes of arrival. Very professional. They carefully unpacked it and was extremely careful entering into my home. Not once did they "ding" the wall or appliance. Overall 100% satisfaction! Highly recommend! Two thumbs up!

Great refrigerator for the price. Excellent internal configuration, lighting, drawers, and shelves. It is a bit louder than most fridges, so I wouldn't recommend this for a studio apartment or other config where you are sleeping in the same room. I chose this brand over others due to it's high rating by Consumer Reports.

i purchased this to replace my slightly smaller 18.5 cubic ft GE fridge that was on its way out. Be prepared, this thing is noisy while it acclimates and cools down. Once it's cool though, it runs quiet and cold. The rounded edges and overall finish make it seem a little fancier than it really is, which is nice. There aren't a ton of options for shelf height, but enough to be functional. my only two "complaints" are that the drawers have slanted backs, which greatly reduces their capacity (which isn't great for me since 90% of what we eat if fresh produce) and the additional 2 cubic ft over my old fridge is in depth, not width. meaning in order to utilize the additional space, you have to lean down and reach alllll the way to the back. still, so far it's an amazing fridge for the price.

I am a bachelor who really doesn't want to go to the supermarket very often so I looked. Also, I'm not much interested in bells and whistles. This 19 cu. ft. Frigidaire has a HUGE freezer and deep in-the-door shelves. These features mean convenience to me and while Consumers Report did not rate this specific model, the Frigidaire brand garnered consistently high marks. I'm very pleased.

Great fridge! Good size. Can fit plenty in it and we have a household of 5 who all seem to like different things to eat!!! It hums a little louder than my last fridge, but I honestly don’t hear it beyond the kitchen so it’s fine. Keeps things evenly cool. Well organized storage space. Super happy with it.

This fridge and freezer is pretty big. The shelves are nice and sturdy. No fancy features but its great for your basic needs.

Have had fridge about a month. Works great. Great space! Price was amazing for this size fridge! Holds a lot. Love the door space! Fridge is textured slightly. Excellent purchase!

When the 14-year old fridge that came with my house broke down suddenly and unexpectedly, I was overwhelmed by the number of replacement choices at the store. The friendly salesman recommended this particular refrigerator because Frigidaire has a solid reputation, and the unit met the dimensions of my small kitchen. Little did I know that it would run so loudly. It's not a discreet hum either; it is a noisy drone similar to the dial tone of an old-school analog phone. Noise aside, the fridge is roomy inside, and it keeps my food good and cold. Let's hope it outlasts the previous fridge!

I was just looking for a cheap replacement for my current refrigerator. This one was well within my price range. It has decent space and does the job. I think some had commented on the sound. I don’t really notice it, but also live in a house with two young boys so....

This is a very basic nice refrigerator that fits perfectly in my kitchen. I have a very specific space and this unit met my specs and looks great. So far no problems, runs quietly and is spacious. I like that the shelves can be smoothly pulled forward.

We needed back-up storage for entertaining with a growing family. I did a lot of research before purchase for the most reliable and efficient capacity for a garage refrigerator. Also I needed a refrigerator that could take varying garage temperatures as not all fridges can tolerate heat. This refrigerator meets all the criteria and is so roomy for party trays and extra drinks etc. would do again in heartbeat! On top of reliability, quietness, look, storage capacity, I got it on sale!

This fridge exceeds exceptions for the price! It has a lot of room and the cooling is exceptional! The lighting is also really nice! Would recommend for large families!

It took a while for it to arrive mainly because it was backordered. You'd be surprise how large it actually is. We didn't need anything fancy or super expensive. We got it for an investment property. It's a bit loud but haven't had any issues yet so let's keep it that way :)

Great price, great size, but a little louder than I expected.

I especially love how quiet the doors close, although i do wish they were on some kind of spring so they could shut on their own. The lighting and space in the fridge is excellent, and the humidity settings on the crisper drawers are great as well. I’m glad that the door pockets can fit gallon bottles! This is a great, wallet-friendly stainless steel fridge.

Use in cold garages with an optional inexpensive kit that fools the freezer thermostat in winter so that that part of the fridge works properly. Otherwise, when it gets close to freezing in the garage, the freezer does not freeze food reliably. Great fridge, works great, sometimes on sale for an even better price. Look at the number of very positive reviews and feel secure in choosing this model.

Bought it as a gift the family likes it so far they say its pretty inside delivery guys where great too it's a good price good size

My only complaint is that the freezer doesn't keep items completely frozen because I have this fridge in my garage
