I got a lemon

I was excited to get it for extra space until I realized it wasn't freezing and barely cool inside. I will not buy Frigidare products again. Best Buy did exchange for a different brand but had now having to wait for it to be delivered on July 16. Glad this wasn't my primary refrigerator!

Freezer doesn't keep food frozen

We have put the freezer on the coldest temperature and it still doesn't work.

Problems from the very start - beware!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having owned an expensive bottom freezer by Whirlpool that had multiple problems, I bought this simple Frigidaire top freezer because it was reported to be very reliable. This piece of junk is making extremely loud intermittent popping noises on its first day! Totally intolerable. Best Buy is going to replace with another but it will take 3 weeks, it is a hassle, and there are no guarantees this will not happen again. You only have 14 days from the date of purchase to get a replacement, so not sure what happens to those that have this problem surface later. Seems all refrigerators are unreliable these days and most blame the EPA for mandating unrealistic efficiency requirements.
