We got our refrigerator in September of 2022 and it has been repaired 3 times and we are having issues again. Our problems have been the freezer and fridge's compressor, fan and its motor going out. It's good when it's working.

I TURNED THE FREEZER DOWN ALL THE WAY AND THE REGRIGERATOR. I UNPLUCKED IT FOR 3 HOURS. I PLUGGED IT BACK. I BOUGHT MY GROCERYS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WENT BAD AND EVERYTHING FROZE AGAIN! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had to buy shelves so that foof is not on top of each other. Not sure how strong the door shelves are. Also it doesn't cool evenly. The food in the back froze (like the lettuce box).

We had it returned and replaced with a new one, same model, and now that one is forming ice crystals. It is a real hassle to get in touch with Best Buy on the phone for customer service.

Not worth it

Not even 6 months later, the cooling unit is fried. Best Buy pushes you to connect with the manufacturer, which is hard to do. Then, the manufacturer has you reach out to a service person to schedule/confirm service appt. It's a lot of unnecessary rigamoral.
