I got this freezer to replace my old laydown freezer. this freezer is big and you don't have to bend down to reach the stuff at the bottom

Works great. Plenty of room. Delivery guys were amazing and removed old one which was a great help to me. Setup new one and placed it without me having to worry about it and also removed all packaging

Purchased an upright freezer waited 2 weeks and freezer was opened at delivery with 3 broken glass shelves. Disappointed especially when I waited 3 weeks for delivery of the freezer. Now have to wait another 2 weeks. Isn’t there a way for BestBuy to check the item before waiting 3 weeks for delivery???
