    I had a small ice machine before but I needed an upgrade for my family and I, when I tell you this baby makes so much ice I don’t have any more space in my freezer. I absolutely love it and would most definitely buy again. I recommend!!!

    We have had our machine for a couple months now and it makes this horrific squeeling sound to the point that we have to shut the machine off. I have cleaned it several times, i have allowed it plenty of time to sit and defrost, i have tried several suggestions to get it to stop and it wont. I bought the geek squad warranty on it and they have been no help either. Terrible waste of money.

    Best ice machine I’ve had. Definitely never going to run out of ice again. Even when it’s off it makes ice really quickly.

    Had it about a month now and took it apart to clean it for the 2nd time and followed the instructions on how to clean it now it makes the worst sound ever when making the ice or is running and is it supposed to turn itself off and let the ice melt???

    Purchased on May 30 and picked up June 6th and was running like a champ. Making ice and fantastic. However, on 10/10 all of a sudden we now have plastic in every single bucket of ice. So we ran a clean cycle and now it won't even work. It turns on but no ice is made. Best buy has been no help and Frigidaire wont' help either. So now a broken 20lb weight sitting on my counter. It totally sucks. Along with all of that I'm not quite sure what I'm paying for when it comes to the yearly with Best Buy

    Great ice...but unfortunately you won't be able to sleep. This thing sounds like a auto repair garage all night long and all day long...so you won't be able to nap either.
