Posted .Hi there, valued customer! We're sad to hear that your ice maker didn't perform as expected. Ice Maker not dispensing enough ice might be because of low usage or a frozen auger. Kindly switch the control panel to CRUSHED and remove the ice bucket. Next, press down on the dispenser paddle for 2-minute intervals (releasing the paddle and then pressing it again) for a total of 3 times (6 minutes total). This will melt and evaporate any ice around the auger motor shaft. After that, switch the Control Panel to CUBE and insert the ice bucket, close the door, and attempt to dispense ice again. If the issue still persists, please contact us at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, we'll be happy to assist. - Jessica

The water is just the same. It came without an air filter. I had to buy one. We will test it for another week or so.

Door finish rusting!

Son didn’t realize it was rust - new to home ownership. Unfortunately didn’t buy extended warranty so nothing Best Buy will do. Calling Frigidaire tomorrow but not holding my breath.

Instructions state you need to add ice if you want cold water. shelving is a weak attempt. takes a long time to make ice and as others said, its noisy wouldn't buy again or recommend to others And thanks to best buy delivery guys, I know have gouges in my floor as well as dirty hand prints on my wall

(Wouldn't recommend for families...or for people who want to fit a pizza box in it.) Ice maker is poor quality. Ice is small & "melty" and ice reserve is very limited. Also, annoyingly the light does not come on automatically when you dispense water or ice.

More importantly, they were extremely careful with my fridge and my home. I appreciated that so much. They also knew what they were doing, very knowledgeable and efficient.

The first one that was delivered just over year ago did not work at all. I had to have them bring me a new one. The new one worked for a just over a year, and broke down. They came a fixed it and it worked for a week and broke down again. I have been waiting for a week(with no working fridge) and now they are telling me that a needed part is out of stock and it will be 7-10 busines days before they can find one. I am going to have to buy a new fridge. I will never buy a Frigidaire appliance again.
