Buyers remorse soon after purchase

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m coming up to a year following my purchase and I wished for so many great things for this fridge that never appeared. I thought I did my research on this fridge but maybe there weren’t many reviews and I purchased based on the name and reputation. Some parts were the installation and the others were just the unit itself. After what seemed like forever to get installed, I was left with plastic still left in all the rubber molding parts and still have not been able to remove it. Doors are uneven and sometimes freezer does not shut properly so I am left with totally frosted food. One thing I just realized almost a year later after getting reminders to replace the air filter and once i finally found where the filter should be replaced - no air filter was EVER placed during installation. Urrgghh!! Also, water is now leaking on the water dispenser and the water tray is showing condensation. So disappointing. Now i have to keep a cup under the dispenser to catch water from running on the floor. And finally…. The interior space doesn’t allow for much storage - thank goodness i have a second deep freezer because this seems built for a college dorm!

Controls are easy to use. Lots of shelves and can adjust them to our needs. Best Buy was helpful finding the exact one we wanted and the delivery guys were nice.

The left door doesn't always close. Worse, it feels like it closes. There's a flap on the inside that doesn't catch the track to close the door all the way (seal). I think the door is maybe too low. I don't know if this is an installation problem or a manufacturer problem. I'm past my return window with BB so I don't really know what to do about it. It's very frustrating.
