We didn’t become aware of this until Christmas morning when my son opened it as one of his presents. Not only was my son super disappointed, but the glass cleanup on our living room carpet was a nightmare on Christmas morning.

Works great but the handlers suck at their job.

Actually had to adjust temp up as a soda can froze in the back section. Back side had some damage to the sheet metal but I figured returning it would be a hassle and no guarantee the next one wouldn’t be worse. Fixed it myself.
