Poor customer service.

The range may have been good but it was delivered and installed in a faulty condition. When I requested service… the tech told me the stove would have to be replaced…. The customer service offered me a replacement delivery 6 weeks from now… I need a working stove NOW. its already be a month since purchase

Oven is not full size!

Oven is not full size! Unwelcome surprize. Had to buy new cookie sheets. Otherwise works well.

Doesn’t show oven temperature

Oven does not show when desired temperature is reached for baking. Instructions note “ wait 8-10 minutes for oven to preheat”. You must use an oven thermometer to know when desired temperature is reached. I think this flaw should be addressed.
