Bought this washer to replace the builder grade washer we had. Cleans much better and we can barely hear it running.

I love that it's quite and looks nice but it doesn't work as well as my 25 year old one did wish I would have kept it this one doesn't dry anything properly no matter what I do I have tried everything the book says.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I hate to hear about your dishwasher experience, Kelkel. I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. This dishwasher offers a nice amount of features. It cleans the items very well, even items with a substantial amount of grease or food. My negatives are that it sounds a little louder than expected, and I would like for the dishes to be more dry.

Owned and operated heavily through about 300 loads in 6 months. No issues. It’s not silent, but it cleans really well. Coming from a 20 year old Maytag, This is a major improvement!
