It is exactly what we ordered and has been able to keep up with our ice usage. The food stored inside is well kept whether it is frozen or refrigerated. The issue we had was with the delivery. Pictures were knocked off the wall and broken. There is a slight dent in the side of the refrigerator. We had paid for it to be hooked up to the water, which our other refrigerator had been, and they stated they could not do it. When they took out the old refrigerator, they broke pieces off of the appliance and did not bother to clean it up. So the refrigerator itself is a 5, the delivery is a 1, just because they actually delivered it and plugged it in.

I had it delivered to them. Set up was perfect. The grandchildren are now drinking more water since they can put they can dispense their own water. It's been a win win situation!
