Bought this in august 2020 for my folks and haven’t had an issue with it yet. (Knock on wood) Has a lot of space in the fridge part and the bottom part isn’t too shabby although I wish the rack wasn’t so close sometimes.

Delivered an hour outside delivery window, but that’s ok. Was good until we fully opened and unwrapped, there is a dent in the side. It will be covered with side cabinets, so thats ok. Fantastic freezer space! Haven’t hooked up water line yet......so we’ll see how that works. I wish there was a Frigidaire nameplate on it to show it matches all other appliances in my kitchen.

Disappointed . Poorly designed as far as space in the shelves and….: You need to open both doors to get something from the the drawer . Ice maker is in the fridge , not in a freezer compartment . Thus every time you open the fridge it helps ice to melt and form big chunks . Water is not chilled ( no reservoir like in the older models . ) Ice is always splattering from the dispenser on the floor . The display board above the dispenser has a definition which makes you feel something is wrong with your eyes . You never know when you load your freezer if you be able to close it because it is a drawer ! The plastic wrapping of the appliance impossible to be removed unless you are willing to devote 2 hours and be super gentle while doing it with some sharp tool . I had a repair man come twice already ( a month after purchase ) to address open seal of the freezer door .

Began rattling within 2 days. Became so loud we unloaded it while we left for weekend for fear it would tank while we were gone. Total tech unhelpful because no replacements. Frigidaire hung up twice. Had to go to website and navigate. It is new and under warranty...call the number. The same number that hung up x2. Finally got a repairman a week later. Quiet now but certainly not trusting.

The fridge has been amazing without any issues. My wife and I love the color as it’s a deep black and also it doesn’t have an name emblems on the front. It’s all plain and sleek and that’s one of the reasons we got it. It matches all if our appliances. Has really great settings also!

Overall we are very happy with the fridge and would purchase again. Only items I would mention is that it is very difficult to see the ice maker current selection since the text is very hard to read in our lighting and is not lit (water, cubes, crushed). Other item is that both doors need to be opened to access the long middle fridge drawer but that is the design of the fridge. Some other fridges have access to this location without needing to open any door. These are minor 'issues' and the fridge seems to be very nice!

First one was a dud. Second works like a champ. The main issue I have is the plastic wrap that is protecting the refrigerator during shipping is a MAJOR pain to remove. It takes a long time to do it right or it looks bad.

This fridge has many drawers which is why I bought it. I am blind so the water display in the door is a little tricky and super sensitive. There are no auditory clues or functions on the display except for water, ice and crushed ice which make very quiet beeps. It would be nice if there was more of a volume control and other sounds for turning on and off the ice machine and the display temperature.

I talked to a repairman about my old LG fridge and he recommended the Frigidaire. Overall I'm pleased with it but one thing I miss is the ice maker was in the door on the LG and didn't take up precious shelf space. The ice maker on this one limits you on space for large bottles like soda and milk. It will have to do for now. It's made a couple of funny noises too but so far so good.

Really nice and good quality fridge. Lots of space both up top and in the freezer allows us to store lots of food. Ice maker works well and water flows! All in all it does its job very well!

Overall we like the fridge. It holds a lot of food and drawers and shelving can be rearranged to fit your needs. It is a bit ironic that this fridge boasts "even temperature system" at the back of the fridge, where everything we put back there freezes. The rest of the fridge seems pretty constant. Also - you must WATCH the delivery guys - they scratched up our front door jamb and casing and door as they were moving it in. One of them was also sick and coughing all over our house. They also didn't check operation as I needed to turn on the water myself to test if out. They basically threw the fridge into place and left.. he was honest and said he messed up the door - but wanted a pat on the back for bringing it up.. "At least I told you about it", he said. Strange.

Good product. Easy installation. Produces plenty of ice, is quiet and tons of freezer space.

I love the refrigerator except for the display, it is not easy to read and the numbers look cloudy. I feel they should made that particular display black and easier to read numbers.

It is beautiful and it has a lot of room. I love the ice maker and I did not have to do anything to set it up. Best Buy did it all for me. Good customer service

We have downsized so w are adjusting to the smaller refrigerator. Just got it so it works and hopefully last long and have less problems than the LG we had before this.

We are doing a kitchen remodel so we don’t actually have the refrigerator in its final place and fully hooked up. We are using the refrigerator but cannot yet use the indoor ice and water dispenser. So far, we do love the refrigerator on top and freezer on bottom and are excited to get it in place. I will update my review once we can fully use it.

Love the water/ice maker. Has plenty of storage space.

We purchased this refrigerator for our new home. We’ve had it almost 2 months. I love it. It is a little loud but overall great purchase.

Great refrigerator! Lots of space for condiments and drinks. The size is perfect and the fridge is quiet.
