I love this refrigerator when I purchased this as it matches with all the new appliances in my house. It’s been a little over year since I got it, and the motor fan does not circulate. That causes the refrigerator is not cold as it should be. It’s just my luck that it happened just right after the warranty is out :(. I’m so disappointed now!

Overall this unit is ok, however I am still waiting on my replacement Refrigerator. The one I have now, which is brand new, made the cold water warm coming out of the refrigerator. Still have not actually received my replacement yet.

Hi, Kyou! Thank you for your feedback. This model does not have a dedicated water cooling feature, so the water from the dispenser should be the same temperature as the cold tap in your kitchen sink! If the water appears warmer than usual at first, it may just be because the refrigerator is not yet stabilized. The water should cool over time to your normal tap temperature! Brand new fridge leaked, Best Buy said it was the connection done by the installers. Had it fixed, thought leak was fixed, but they misdiagnosed and fridge itself was the problem. This is after 1.5 months of unknown leaking creating mold damage and destroyed cabinets and flooring. I was warned against Frigidaire, went with them anyway, and fully regret it.

We went through two other refrigerators in six months. All covered under warranty thank god. Geek squad took care of us. We decided to take a chance on this Frigidaire. We couldn’t be happier. Going on three years now. I will never buy another brand fridge. We tried Samsung and whirlpool. They both had problems in the first two months

This refrigerator keeps food cold but there are several things that it doesn't do well. For instance, there is no cold water reservoir. The manual says if you want cold water just add ice! Sounds great until you find out how SLOW the ice maker works. In my family of four during the summer there is never any ice and the water that comes out is room temp or warmer. All of the clear plastic drawers are broken or cracked. The clear plastic is so brittle that anyone stronger than a toddler will eventually break the drawer fronts. The rollers for the vegetable drawers also break and need to be replaced. One was broken so badly that the whole bracket needed to be replaced. The freezer has no issues but the metal grate gets caught frequently on boxes and the drawer gets stuck so badly it won't open. Lastly, the ice maker feed tube freezes up in humid weather. Have to break out the hair dryer once a month in the summer. It was a moderately priced model and I got what I paid for. Won't be back for another Frigidaire anytime soon.

We had this refrigerator for 2 years and the ice machine broke. The wheels on the drawers broke and needed to be replaced twice. We finally ended up getting a different brand. Thank goodness for the warrantee.

Less than one year ago, after much deliberation and reading reviews, we decided on purchasing a Frigidaire refrigerator. Within 6 months, the fridge started making a loud noise. We called to have it repaired said it would take at least 2 weeks to have someone come out. In the meantime, this noise was increasing and unbearable. My husband was able to fix the problem with a zip tie. We haven't even owned the fridge for 1 year and the frames that hold the rollers for the drawers and the drawers where the wheels screw into are broken. Apparently, this is cosmetic and Frigidaire doesn't care. If I want the fridge to function properly, I get to pay for those things myself (which I wouldn't do because it's a poor design). If I could, I would take the fridge back to where I purchased it from. Thanks for nothing Frigidaire.

I have had this refrigerator for a total of 9 days and it does not make ice. It filled the ice bin 2 days after delivery and has not made ice since. 5 cubes here 8 cubes there. Totally disappointed.
