Bad sensor or something...please fix this.

Ice freezes together

It just makes small cubes and they will melt if you don’t use them immediately. Ok for light home use, but won’t keep up with the demands of a large party.

Works Great but not as Pictured

The picture actually looks much more attractive so not sure if they ended up sending an older model but it does work well.

The ice melts fast. If you leave it on and don’t empty they ice it melts and will continually run.

Posted .The ice basket & storage area is not insulated and it is recommended that ice be removed and placed in a zip lock type bag in your regular freezer. The size of the ice cubes is partially dependent on the temperature of the water being used as ice production is a fixed time cycle. The cooler the water the larger the ice produced.
