I love cold drink i decide to order this ice maker for me and my mom. We both love how this perform is very easy to handle and make ice really fast. They soo beautiful and made my drinks look fancy. I hope you like it like us and for the sale price on best buy i cant complain at all.

I've had this about a month and am very pleased. I primarily use ice for daily water, iced tea, and iced coffee when I work from home, but hate the ice that my fridge automated icemaker makes; hate messing with plastic trays; and love the "store ice" but the bags take up too much room in my freezer. This compact machine meets my personal needs very well. I usually keep about 1 pounds of ice in a silicone storage bag in freezer. But I've also kept it permanently "on" for a couple of days, and it is pretty quiet, except when the ice drops into the reservoir. For purposes of keeping cold drinks cold, for 1-2 people, it's great. The ice isn't as hard or as big as normal cubes, but that's OK by me. I just love having a standard supply while still having lots of ice in my freezer. Very happy, and hope the machine proves to be reliable and long-lasting as time goes on.

Worked great until it didn’t Needs to be cleaned regularly Don't bother buying extended warranty, what was in place upon purchase isn't in fact what is the definition or word of BB when there product breaks down. They lie to & make it impossible for handicap people

We have used it 24/7 for the last month with no problem. Saves me from running to get ice and pops. Use it on countertop. Noise is moderate. Mechanism is interesting to watch. Doesn't store ice more than 12 hours. Per what I researched. Easy to empty and refill.

I didn’t have high expectations for this but honestly we absolutely love it. Makes plenty of ice for daily use, isn’t loud and works exactly as expected. The only thing I don’t love is that the inside has kind of a weird smell. The ice doesn’t taste weird or anything so it’s fine. As a renter with no ice maker this is a small luxury that goes a long way for a reasonable price.

Fast. Makes gumdrop shaped ice. Easy to use. Easy to store. Not noisy. Perfect for parties.

It produces fairly good ice, in a fairly short amount of time. The issues it has are that it’s hard to clean (so it gets that plasticky wet smell if you don’t drain it immediately), and the ice doesn’t stay super cold once it gets dumped into the basket. If you transfer it to the freezer while it’s half melted, it all freezes back together. If you can handle all that, you’ll probably be satisfied with it.

This is super quiet and makes small and larger ice. We love this machine as it remakes our ice constantly by adding just a bit of clean water.

I love this easy to use ice maker. A great addition for family gatherings or any time I need additional ice. Works great and easy to operate.

If you’re debating, GET IT. I was so happy with this ice maker, it’s not very loud and you have the choice of small or large cubes. Doesn’t take up a ton of counter space and it’s very quick. We have an ice bin in the freezer and we turn this on to fill it up and then I unplug and keep her off in the meantime. I love ice so this was a game changer for me!

I have had it forgot about a month now and it works great my wife loves it it does a great job I shopped around for a small ice maker and did my homework all the reviews said it worked well and it does time will tell how long it will last I am happy with this ice maker

Our refrigerator's ice maker can't keep up when ever we have company. So we bought this ice maker. It makes 9 cubes abut every 8 minutes or so. I found it works even better when I add cold water to the reservoir. When the tray gets filled we dump that in a bag and throw it in the freezer. P.S. It is also fun to watch.

This ice maker is great for partys. It make ice quickly and with very little noise. I love it i highly recommend this product

This is a perfect choice for us. This Ice Maker has fit the bill for us. Has been a beautiful replacement since our frig was a dud. Ice size is great. Really puts out well. Not noisy! Our frig had real issues making ice. We decided not to repair the frig.

Well, first of all Best Buy sent us the wrong one and I didn't notice it until I was trying to find instructions on how to clean it. Ours is some ancient version of this and has no option to clean it. I'm not pleased about that. But, the product itself is great. We run it every day and have ice all day. I really like having it and it runs like a champ, so I'm going to give it 5 stars, but it isn't the same model.
