Love it! great double oven with convectional cook! Hard to find for a reasonable price. This is not a knock against the oven but the pictures on BB show the top oven with a roll out rack. This oven does not come with a roll out rack but just two standard racks. again not an issue was just excited for the roll out rack.

The worst purchase I have ever had. I have spent thousands and thousands from you over the years. I don't want anything else from Best Buy . The ovens I bought in December are still not available for use.

Very clean looking, preheats very fast, and also a very easy to use touch screen. The only complaint I have is that was about 2-3 inches shorter than advertised so I had to buy a cover plate to hide the gap.
