We have tried all the trouble shooting. The water inside still works. Very disappointed and hopefully this problem can be fixed.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.cant review something that hasn't been properly connected to do a full review since the installer has been no call no show twice I've been waiting for 3 days for a call back from a so called manager so my suggestion is find a better USA based company that doesn't force Americans to go thru international call centers that cant even transfer you a local best buy store or cant seem to understand in USA if a person takes day off not once but twice so my waterline can be connected that is me losing money twice i was treated like that did not matter

I'm done with the high priced models that do not offer the longevity of this low priced but efficient product. You sacrifice the ice and water in the door but repairwise how is that working out for you???
