They damaged my fridge at the warehouse and now they wont give me a refund. No one and I mean no one on the phone or in store knows what’s going on and they just play phone tag with each other to find out the status of my fridge.

First Time buying this brand. However when it was delivered my side bins were cracked and door was broken. However refrigerator worked wel, Best Buy is replaced it.

What can I say?
We ordered a Frigidaire fridge/freezer on the morning of Wednesday, June 4th, and the appliance was delivered and installed by around 1 pm on Friday, June 6th. No muss, no fuss.
This is how these things should be done!
The man in the appliance section at the Oceanside store couldn't have been more professional, or more helpful. He got us a really good deal on the fridge/freezer (Model Number FRFN2813AF4, in case anybody is interested), and the model he suggested looked to be exactly what we wanted. He explained how the delivery and installation process would proceed: we'd get text messages telling us when the delivery would take place, including a message to let us know when the delivery van was approaching our home, and that's exactly how it went down.
The delivery people couldn't have been better. They removed the old appliance without any issue, and then installed the new one in an efficient and very careful manner. If we were worried about anything getting bumped, or scratched, then we needn't have been, as these two guys really knew their job. It was a pleasure to watch them at work.
We are really pleased with the new appliance, especially as it appears to take up no more kitchen real estate than the old one, and yet it offers far more interior space, so everything is now so easy to get to, and it's not all crammed together like before.
The fridge section offers so many options regarding the positioning of shelves, and the french doors have so much storage space on the inside of them, and that really helps us to organize everything in just the way we want. The bottom drawer freezer section is more than big enough for our needs, and the sliding upper baskets make it so easy both to store food, and to locate it when we need to.
I know that sometimes the big box stores get a bad reputation, but I'd recommend the Oceanside store to anybody. You'll get good advice, a really good deal, and buyer's remorse will be but a distant memory.
