We were told it was a defective drain hose and the entire unit was replaced. This 2nd Unit has a defect with the drum and it sounds like an old fighter plane. It has been handled very poorly by both Best Buy and by the delivery and installation team., DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT.

THE SPIN CYCLE RATTLES YOUR WHOLE HOME, THE SOUNDS ARE LIKE IF IT IS FALLING APART-LOCKS YOU OUT ALL THE TIME FOR HOURS, THE WATER LINE FOR A FULL LOAD DOES NOT EXIST, ONLY UP TO MEDIUM, AND THE LOW WATER IS A JOKE (DON'T USE IT)-NO TIMER SHOWING HOW FAR YOU ARE ON THE WASH-NO INDICATOR FOR THE FABRIC SOFTENER TIMING!
