It becomes unbalanced quite often and is not capable of handling blankets, sheets, bedspreads without becoming unbalanced. And then I constantly move things around in the drum and it doesn't work. The agitator isn't great, either. Lastly, it isn't capable of dissolving tide pods or dry or wet detergent. Instead, the residue stains the clothes/items and you have to rewash then. Also, when I touch the side of the drum and agitator, it sounds like water is sloshing around somewhere underneath the drum. I went with Frigidaire because that's what was there before, but this model is not good. I'd like to get rid of it. It's taxing and not worth it.

On the front of it it's saying "Quiet Pack" Machine is very far from Quiet.Washer making very Loud and Annoying noise. And this one is a Lemon with defective computer. Frigidaire customer service is Awful including people in charge.Nobody knows what they are doing.Company that works for Frigidaire have a Very bad review.Took me 1 month to get a company with tech who knows what he is doing. Hopefully I will get a computer for this machine and my odyssey will be over. All my appliances are Frigidaire.This is first time with so much problem.

The dryer is fine but the washer has multiple problems. It starts and stops several times before it fills with water on the wash cycle, the agitator makes a strange buzzy sound when it works, and the spin cycle starts and stops THIRTY times before it finishes. The Normal cycle takes over an hour and five minutes to complete. It's possible we received a bad unit, but our confidence has been shaken. We have arranged for the machine to be picked up and we will be getting something else.

I do wish it could be closer to the back wall. The vent tube from the dryer is the culprit. So it sits out 9 inches past my kitchen counter top. The washer tub is very deep. I am 5' 6" and have trouble reaching the last clothes in the tub.

This newer version is fantastic. It took some extra reading and "google" to help us to understand the water levels being automatic. It washes our king size sheets with the exact amount of water needed. The clothes seem to be cleaner too. Love this new laundry center.

It's very quiet when running.and does a great job washing my clothes. The dryer has so many settings and dries my clothes quickly. I am very happy with my purchase.
