Great refrigerator!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic refrigerator! Clean, easy to use, spacious. The icemaker can be loud as some people have noted, but ours is in a room off the kitchen, so we don't hear it. One issue we've had is that you have to be sure the freezer pull-out drawers are not too full that it doesn't close fully. But that's not the fault of the appliance - kids today!
I would recommend this to a friend Get a refrigerator with handles. It's much better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having no handles is a very inconvenient and a lot more messy. And the bottom drawer hangs up a lot. It ended up costing me more money for this cheaper refrigerator than the one I wanted.

Posted .Hi James! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve encountered with your refrigerator.
We understand how the absence of handles can lead to added mess and frustration, and we regret that this design did not meet your expectations. We’re also sorry to learn that the bottom drawer has not been operating smoothly—this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We recognize how disappointing it can feel when a product you selected ends up costing more time, effort, and money than anticipated, especially when it was chosen as a more budget-friendly option.
Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with our product and design teams as we continue working to improve functionality and overall customer satisfaction. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we value the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Missing a part
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the refrigerator. However, it is missing the panel at the bottom of the back which covers some wires. The fridge is right next to a door and the wires are very visible and reachable to my puppy and any babies crawling around. Had to cover it with a piece of cardboard. Not a great look. Multiple calls to Best Buy have not remedied the problem.

I would recommend this to a friendGood enough
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Inside depth is about 1/4” too short for the majority of fridge containers Water line runs on the outside of the fridge so water is always tap temperature Ice maker does not have a manual empty tray function - if it’s stuck you need to defrost Slides easily in and out for cleaning and getting behind Double check water connection and all sides after delivery and installation We had a leak and the refrigerator was dirty on the outside

Posted .Hi iPhone13! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your refrigerator. We are sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced, particularly the leak following delivery and installation, as well as the condition of the appliance upon arrival.
