After reading many reviews. We settled in the model. It offered great value at the price. It's fairly quiet and cools the room off very quick.

The unit is great. It blows super cold and has a fan setting. It's very easy to set up. Only concern is the tube to drain the water is too low.

setup was easy, but the hose attachment to the window could definately fit better(more snug) i used it about a total of 3 hours, and pulled the drain plug and water came out,enough to fill a small dixie cup. I was told this was not going to happen if used in AC mode. Buyer beware...

This Air conditioner works pretty good for my small bedroom, and it doesn't make too much noise as I would expect for a portable ac.

Does a good job cooling at less than 900watts power consumption for those who might use it on a portable generator. Remote is not user friendly and unit display only shows temperature that you have set Not actual room temperature. Hard to tell how well it is working. I did test similar models with a laser temperature gun and this one put out some of the coolest air for the money. Over all decent model.

Does what it is,supposed to. Not as quiet as some reviews say but it's not annoying by any means. Cools a huge room over my garage.

We bought this portable air conditioner during a heat wave. The living room one couldn't keep up and the bedroom was too hot to sleep in. This worked great. I had to cut the window adapter down to size as we have strange windows. The unit works great although it is a lot louder than we would like. Also, it doesn't have automatic temperature controls or at least it doesn't turn off when it gets to temperature.

There's 3 other brands in my household and this is probably the coolest. One star off for the noise though.

Good portable air conditioner for small rooms. Little noisy, but cools the room pretty fast.

Product is good a bit noisy. Have to turn up the TV when it's on. It can stay on a long time and still maintain cold point.

I had to get one to put in a window that opens to a fire escape. This one was delivered to my door, which was a big reason for ordering it from Best Buy. It does a good job of cooling the large bedroom it's in, but it's a lot noisier than the window units I have. It also gives the room a musty hotel room smell...I'm hoping that stops being an issue with time. On the plus side, it's not too bulky.

great AC for basement, great air flow puts cool air in big room, only had 10"x10" windows so window and mini split systems not options. Wish the 'dry' mode (dehumidtfier) had a percent moisture setting.

Central Air went down. Needed something to keep the house cool while we wanted for the technicians arrival (scheduled for 4 days out). Temps were in the 90's. Purchased three of them because they were what I considered mobile units and easy installation. Was able to keep them downstairs during the day and move them upstairs to the bedrooms at night. Best purchase ever.

This AC unit works great and you do not have to drain the water all the time. It has a self evaporation system. Looks stylish as well. Does not take up a ton of space.

Easy set-up, quick to install, great circulation, gets cold quickly.

This was a lifesaver this summer when our central air went out. We bought one for each room and we were nice and comfortable this summer!

Nice unit, blows very cold, nice strong fan. a bit loud when fan is on high. but that would be the only negative.

Great product for an apartment. Really cools down our living room. It's a little loud but it gets the job done!

The unit was louder than I expected based on reviews claiming it was quieter than other models. I ended up returning it as I have casement windows that swing out so the window insert was not designed for them. I made my own insert but it wasn't fully sealing the window so humidity still got in so while the unit put out cold air it couldn't keep up to cool the room. My bedroom is smaller than what this unit is rated for. This probably isn't of much help.

So far it has been pretty good. The only thing that I feel needs to be improved is the size of the piece that goes in the window to block the cold air from escaping and hot air from coming in. There is about a one inch gap on one side of the window that is exposed which I think keeps the room from staying colder longer. There is an extension piece but you have to cut it to make it work and I don't have the tools to cut this piece. Other than that, I have had no problems.
