The remote part needs some work. Otherwise it is a good product.

I bought the product and it work for a few months and then it stop working. I went to turn it in and the customer service was not good at all. Look into my records of receipts, and you will see for yourself. Thank you.

Unit is aesthetically pleasing; however, it is loud and fails to cool room 12x18.

This product is junk. Yes, it works as an air conditioner but the WiFi and app feature is a total scam. It hardly ever works, it has to "think" then trying to make a simple change and requires you login every time. It's a joke that they promote this as a connected device. More like a half-baked device that might work 10% of the time (if all conditions are perfect).

Very loud. the water doesn't drip outside correctly, you can hear the water in the machine as the fans blades hits the water as it spins

I read the review was only after I install this air-conditioning. I should've known. All the reviews stated that the Wi-Fi app does not work. Every time you activate the app for the air-conditioner you get a blank screen. You need to delete it and reinstall it every single time you want to access the Wi-Fi controls with this air-conditioner. I cannot in good conscience recommend this that conditioner with this poor Wi-Fi capability

great for 1 summer season. now when it auto shuts off when room temp is reached in eco mode, you can see the temp gradually drop until it reaches 60 degrees and it never turns on. i tried changing the thermistor but that did nothing.

Thinking of taking back this air conditioner does not do the job, my room is less then 350 sq ft, and this is 8000 btu, and the room does not get cool

The unit didn't really fit well in a standard window and couldn't cool off a 12 X 12 room. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. There are much better ones on the market.

I bought this Air conditioner last summer ..tried putting it on and i get nothing. Do not buy this garbage.

Not happy with the air flow blowing up towards the ceiling and not providing good air flow or circulation.

I love connected products....so the wifi connectivity really sold me on it. The fact it was visually clean and modern looking was the next thing that sold me. Was somewhat easy to install. I have two issues with the product. Its not that quiet in low mode as I hoped. Also the auto mode turns it on and then back off about 30 secs later. Not sure if this is just a issue with my unit. What turning on it is pretty loud...so it could have the potential of waking light sleepers.

It's only May so it's hard to tell how good it will be throughout the summer but so far it's very good. It's very well built and looks quite nice. The filter tray seems to be held magnetically and it's easy to take it out and clean it and for it to snap back in. I've always hated acs with difficult to close filters since i'm afraid of pushing too hard and having the ac fall out of my 5th story apartment. The ac is very quiet especially on low mode. I have it right in front of my desk and it doesn't bother me at all. Also, since the fans are pointed straight up, it's perfectly fine to have it in front of you while you work. The ac doesn't blow in my face and it doesn't bother me at all. Finally, the wifi feature is pretty cool but I can't really see myself using it. The included remote is better than the app for controlling the ac. Maybe on a really hot summer day, you can turn it on before you go home but outside of that it's more of a luxury than what i really need. I recommend it since it's quiet, efficient, and it blows upwards which is a major plus if you plan on sitting anywhere near it.

I've read a bunch of reviews before this purchase and I've read how some people stated that this AC was noisy and loud, but I'll have to differ, It's very quiet and way less air flow noise that any other AC I've had. I have a standing metal fan and it's about the same level noise when it's on high. You actually barely realize the air blowing through the vent, there was a time my wife asked if I turned it off after setting it up because it's so low. My wife and I set it up in about 15 minutes after pulling it out the box. The cooling is great and love the fact that the air blows upwards, cools the room very quickly and efficiently. Set your desired temperature and let the AC do its job. The ECO cooling features comes in handy so you save on your bill. The only issue I really have is with the app. The set up was pretty smooth and easy, but the apps response to your touch commands sometimes are a little delayed and slow, but it sure does come in handy when you're away from home and wants to cool it down before you arrive. You can also set your AC to come on at a certain time and desired cooling temperature. Would definitely recommend getting this air conditioner. We have it set up in the living roughly about 500 sqf and it cools very well and also cools down the rest of the rooms and hallways a little when the doors are left open, even gets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Match it together with a fan and really get the air circulating throughout the house.

unit is noisy and has limited air flow. the front of the unit looks fancy but air only comes out of a very narrow slot on the top. You almost need a fan on top to push the cool air around as the cold air goes straight up. not worth the extra money paid to have the bells and whistles. not sure why everyone is giving it a glowing review. additionally, the water pools on the outside of the unit, because the drain hole is higher than the base. Concerned about mold buildup there, almost looks like a few holes should be drilled so it can drain properly. save your money and buy something less expensive that vents from the front not the top.
