Very pretty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit itself is very nice looking. However, it only holds the smaller wine bottles, not some that are little more plump and definitely not for champagne/proscecco. Would only recommend if you plan on only using standard/thinner wine bottles.

Okay wine cooler
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The racks for holding wine are a tad too small to house the bottles. the wooden frames for holding the wines are nice but the space within the individual racks for holding the wine bottles are tight. It is very tight underneath the temperature control box as it takes up an additional 1/2 inches. Also, it does not hold 36 bottles rather 35 unless you place a bottle sideways. Temp controls are fine. They do hold the settings but there is little difference between the top and bottom area when set because the two temp areas are not separated.

Very quiet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit is very quiet. However does not have a true "dual" settings. The cooler needs a separation between the two zones. When received I thought it was missing. But looked at others and it was just a design defect. Top shelf set to 41 degrees and bottom shelf set to 64 degrees. But true test with a thermometer it reads 51 degrees. Still kept the refrigerator because of the costs. I just take out a red wine 30 mins before serving. I would had given it 5 stars if the unit was true "dual" zone.

Great fridge if it didn’t come with a damage
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The cooler is good, perfect size for 38 bottles. Not noisy at all. The only drawback is that it came with a bump on the back.

Excellent deal on functional nice wine cooler
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve found this one unit at Best Buy - looks elegant holds large volume without taking much space, dimensions perfect for kitchen and looks elegant matching my other stainless steel appliances unit and i love the wood shelves ( although my larger champagne and wine bottles did fit but more sung than usual 750ml bottle). I found this at a very reasonable price and purchase two to put next to each other in our kitchen (open space). You do need at least 2 inches around back sides to Ventilate unit properly or can over heat- this was not intended for slide in cabinet kitchen like most dishwashers are. I read most of the reviews that were negative and yes there is the usual refrigerator like condenser noise thats is a bit louder as the condenser turns on (compared with other wine cooler but that was 18 bottle holder only)... and occasionally low volume pigeon like hum for a few seconds to a minute but overall they did not bother us. You have to understand that every single unit (unless you get a duel ventilated high end cooler like Viking or-subzero that cost more than $2500) will have some noise to account for- but even these hold less than 38 bottles sometimes and are rather small coolers. I will say however the first 24 hours it was rather loud (i think maybe bc working harder to cool from normal temp and maybe some metal parts expanding during cool Process) however it’s significantly improved after I leveled the unit appropriately I would say more than 60% improvement. I cannot over empathize how important it is to get this unit leveled on all Angles (depth and width with use of leveler and i personally added furniture leg paddings on all 4 angles)..... I did a lot of research and these units can arrive unleveled. The front of the unit has two plastic screws they can be adjusted to raise /lower the unit however the back is just two raised metal plates w no adjustment possible. I placed my leveler at both depth and width angles. Width was mostly leveled but depth angle sig off... Also the bottom of the unit can potentially scratch your tile and wood floors so I recommend Putting circular furniture leg caps on all four sides— I put two circular caps ontop of each other in each rear metal plate and only needed one on each leg in the front. This leveled of four corners perfectly and the noise significantly improved (60% reduction in my case) and now I’m very happy with this unit. In summary i reduced the noise significantly and checked with thermometer probe both dual zones are correct and overall this is a larger wine cooler that has perfect dimensions in my opinion and very happy w purchase

Very solid choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Makes a slight noise when cooling (sounds like pigeons), showed up with a smashed leg causing it to not sit level even with adjustments, so some repair required , but all in all works and looks great

Easy to use but a bit noisy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's easy to set up and great having split temperature zones. The motor and other noises are noticeable though, so use it where those won't be too bothersome.

Very Quiet, wish cooling setting would go lower.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the styling and the wood shelves. I also like how quiet the unit is. Really can't hear it run at all. Wish the cooling levels would go lower. Especially the level the will only go to 54 degrees. The other level will only go to 41 degrees..

Nice product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to downsize from my 450 bottle cooler to this much smaller version. Certainly more energy efficent! Seems to keep temperatures regulated and is extremely quiet.

Huge Wine Fridge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This wine fridge is huge!! It weighs almost 100 pounds!! Very easy to uncrate. Yes pretty much uncrate. I set it up yesterday afternoon. White wine on top, reds down below. This morning when I checked on my bottles everything seemed great. The unit does make a little bit of noise when the house is quiet. No big deal. The only real problem was that it wasn’t easy to stock the unit up. Some bottles had to be placed cork facing towards the door, other bottles were placed with the bottom of the bottle toward the door. Other then that all seems pretty good. The handle wasn’t at all difficult to install either. Bring your large SUV or pick-up truck to bring this baby home.

GREAT WINE CHILLER
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Frigidaire 38-Bottle Wine Cooler is a perfect size for an in-cabinet setting. This one replaced an existing wine chiller that stopped working after 9 years. It has dual settings for the UPPER and LOWER shelves, so you're able to keep red wine a bit warmer than whites OR sodas, that are on the lower shelves. It arrived in a sturdy box, delivered by Best Buy. It was easily uncrated and installed inside the kitchen's island. Very attractive unit. It was a great price and my renter's love it!

Got it at a good price for the size, but many cons
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Good price for the size Looks great Neutral: Dual temp zone, though the controls should be on the outside of the unit (not inside) Cons: Noisy when running (I'm comparing it to my old GE Profile which I never noticed, this Frigidaire is impossible to not notice when the compressor is running) Awkward shelving (won't be able to fit wider bottles, which we have a lot of)

Posted .We are grateful for your feedback, Michael! We understand that you have some concerns about your wine cooler. We would be happy to address your concerns. Modern wine coolers have increased storage capacity and more stable temperatures. They require high-efficiency parts that sound different than what you may be used to. Be sure to check out the SOUND AND NOISE section of your use and care guide for more information on the various sounds of operation you will encounter. Also, note that the bottom shelves of your wine cooler are a bit more spaced out and would likely allow for fitting wider bottles. Test this out and if it works, connect with us to locate more of those shelves. If you have additional questions, please let us know! ~Keyanna

Great value for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where else would find a dual zone wine cooler for under $300? It fit perfectly under the counter and was pretty straightforward to install. The only thing I don't like is that the racks don't adjust for larger bottles.

Cools well, but little zone temperature difference
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice little wine cooler, but don't expect much difference in the temperature between the upper and lower zones even when putting in a difference of 15 degrees between zones. The unit cools well though and is very quiet.

Nice Looking But Know Before You Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really nice looking fridge, and it seems like the dual zones work pretty well. It also runs quietly, which is a plus if you have it in a common area of your home. My only slight frustration is that, per some of the previous reviews, the shelves are designed for mostly "regular wine bottle sizes". As more winemakers both domestic and abroad continue using larger/wider bottle sizes, you may find that you will not be able to fit a full row of those size bottles into each individual slot. The shelves do move a little up and down, EXCEPT for the very top and very bottom slots, where only regular, average-sized wine bottles can fit.

Love the wine fridge.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The dual zone temperatures is great for storing all wine. The wood shelves are also a nice touch though at time it’s not as smooth as a metal rack might have been. Overall great purchase.
