There is no way this will hold 38 bottles. Bottom shelf will not hold a wine bottle. Maybe a beer bottle. And middle shelf under temperature adjustment will also not hold wine bottles. Again maybe beer. The wood shelves do not slide out. If you try they will fall off the track into your hands so CAUTION. You will drop your wine. Overall, it is adequate for two cases of wine. Looks good. Quiet. So 2.5 rating

This wine cooler is a good product that gives you room to put various sizes wine bottles. The racks are removable so you can add the large size bottles. It has two sections that can be programmed at different temperatures. Didn't give 5 stars because I've only had my cooler for a short time and need to see if it will last awhile. My last cooler didn't last long.

Item arrived damaged. Dents on both sides. It takes less than 2 minutes to install handle. It looks good. Frigidare is quiet no sound unless you leave door open. It beeps. There is no way you can comfortably fit 38 bottles, I've already removed a rack to accommodate larger bottles. For the price, its a good starter wine cooler. I would have rated it a four if not for the dents. This is not a Wine Enthusiast $1,200 wine cellar.

This wine fridge works great. It is very quiet and has a great look. Goes very well with our décor in our dining room. Door doesn't seem to be as secure as most refrigerator doors but whenever we open it to add or remove bottles we just have to ensure we close it tight. Other than that it works great

This is a nice size and I like the idea of two temps. The shelves are a bit flimsy though and the bottom shelf is odd in size.

Nice clean look. Nice split level cooling zones, though colder zone is at top (works against the laws of physics so uses more energy than necessary). Somewhat noisy when cooling, but if you like the sound of a covey of doves cooing you'll like it. Wood shelves look nice, a bit tight, and not easy to slide when full as they hook to the side supports and need to be lifted up slightly to slide them forward. Less convenient the more bottles you put in it. OK if you get it for a reasonable sale price. The door was slightly skewed, but can be adjusted if not too out of whack.

Does the job. Holds quite a few bottles and at dif temps

I love this fridge, with two zones that work. It did come with a dent on door top edge - a bit weird. Best Buy handled it nicely. I could either have returned it or been given a discount. I took the discount mostly because it won't be in a very public part of my condo, and doesn't bother me.

Problems: many wine bottle shapes such as Burgundy don't fit. Bordeaux type bottles work best. Also, it is fairly noisy and seems to be running often even though I've set the temperatures higher. As others have noted, there really are not two different temperatures in the cooler. On the plus side: price was okay and it looks good.

Great price and great look easy to fill and set temperatures

The wine cooler is excellent for cooling both reds and whites. The whites can be stored in the top section and the reds are great stored in the bottom section. The temperature holds great in each section. I have filled the cooler with more than thirty eight bottles easily.

I ordered one unit BestBuy.com that was shipped through UPS. When I received the unit it had been damaged during shipment. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it with no hassle. Ordered a new one this time had it delivered to the store for in store pick up. Love the unit, looks very high end at a great price. Love the unit.

The purchase camel when I realized that my wine room and winecave were over capacity. The unit was reasonably priced and looked good in the corner of a guest bedroom. Keeps wine at a perfect temperature with two sections with separate settings.The only downside is the humming noise when runs. I recommend it!!

I have had this unit for over a month. This is a nice looking fridge and the dual zone feature is great for storing red and white wines. Unit is attractive, fairly quiet with steady temp settings.

I have had this wine cooler for about 6 weeks and am very satisfied with it. It is very quiet and maintains the set temperatures in each zone within half a degree . Great value compared 'big name' similar size units advertised in wine magazines.

The fridge looks fantastic. The wooden shelving makes the system look much more expensive than it is. Unfortunately, the shelving is not adjustable. Odd sized bottles simply do not fit on the racks, and they cannot be moved. The unit is very quiet, and the dual zones work well for splitting whites and reds.

Love this wine cooler. Fits exactly the amount it says and looks elegant in my bar area.

I'm so happy I finally bought this cooler. I've owned a Cuisinart for years. It was a single temp unit that had problems from the beginning. This new one is a great size, dual temp and QUIET! I'm so happy I made the move.
