I did not have any Best Buy warranty so had to go through the longer manufacturer process to resolve the issue. Word of advice, make sure it is functioning completely properly before letting them leave :(

Failed unit lack of support

A service appointment was arranged. A computer board was replaced and it worked for perhaps two weeks to a month before repeating its failure as it originally manifested. An exchange was approved and have had multiple no shows for installation/exchange. Have escalated three times without contact. Running out of patience and understanding.
