When it arrived it was damaged, not bad, but noticeable.. When i talked to best buy ther offered me another freezers in 3 weeks , or $39.00 refund..I couldn’t wait another 3 weeks, so I had to take the $39 refund. Just beware, and check

On 9-1-23 I purchased a 6.5 upright freezer. When it was delivered it was damaged not working at all. Never even got cold let along freeze anything. Made many attempts to get this resolved & still no freezer. Called again this morning & I’m suppise yo receive a replacement on 9-29. We’ll see. Very dissatisfied customer.
