This unit is capable of cooling our smaller home. Fairly easy install. It does require a separate electrical circuit for those concerned. But a standard 120v outlet is used. Lighter weight than the unit it replaced. Overall a great unit with good cooling capacity and a remote control. I would recommend this unit

Great little AC unit. Fairly quiet but gets really cold. Be warned that the installation is challenging if you want to use the window extension louvres since Frigidaire requires the entire cabinet be removed so ten mounting screws can be installed from inside the cabinet. Pretty ridiculous. Otherwise pretty good.

This air conditioner is very quiet and cools a large room quickly. Easily to operate and inexpensive for its size. I will say it's time consuming installing in the window but once done you'll appreciate the ending results. I would truly recommend this air conditioner

I bought this unit for my new home which does not have central air (a first for me). The main house is about 850 square feet and this guy cools the entire place (there's an addition to my home but that's another story). It's not exactly quiet... But it's quieter than the central a/c at my old apartment! So, I'm happy with that. The remote with temp. sensing is a nice addition, too. It allows me to place the remote on the other side of the room - it keeps me nice and cool. Installation was simple, but it does need support outside because of its weight (even though it says it doesn't need it). I would recommend this unit to anyone that that has a smaller home that needs a legit a/c.

I saw a couple of reviews, some people complaining about the installation, was an easy process , only problem was , it was missing a couple of screws , which I purchased . Keeps my place alot more comfortable, upgraded from a 10000 btu ac to this unit , no complaints.

This is a 10,000 BTU air conditioner, and its still kicking cool air till this day, it's heavy but once it's installed and you turn on that air it's the best feeling on a hot day drinking some cool ice tea, I hope this helps.

It’s now the 2nd summer that I’ve used this ac as the only unit in my 1000+ sq ft home. It cools the common area quickly and is not noisy at all. I like the remote as it also displays the actual temp of the room.

Great unit. It keeps my game room (30x30) nice and cool. Overall the Unit is quite. Easy to install. I love the remote control for off / on and temp settings. I would recommend this unit. My grand kids love it when playing.

Nice AC unit that cools almost my whole apartment (when fans are moving the air through doorways). The two different "air aimers" are convenient. Relatively quiet for its size. Easy to use controls and settings.

Best buy delivery was good. Undamaged package left at front door. Haven't used it yet I bought it over a month ago for this summer when they were on sale. Big nice size unit. As others mentioned you'll probably need two people for the install. Bought it for the price, specs, and brand. I did open the box to make sure it wasnt damaged. I also plugged it in to try it out. Works and looks great. Hasnt gotten to hot yet to really test it out. But it looks like it would do a good job cooling a nice sized area. Happy with my purchase.

It's an Energy Star product, so I am hoping that means our electric bill won't sky rocket. It works. Keeps things super cool. Just plugs into a regular socket. Fairly quiet.

Perfect replacement for my 24000 btu AC. This work just as great and I save more energy. Quiet and has a normal 110v plug.

This unit is big and bulky but it works great, cools fast and is fairly inexpensive to run. Overall it’s a good unit at a decent price.

I bought this air conditioner for the third floor of my house, which gets oppressively hot. Although it is very big and heavy, my husband was able to get it up the steps and install it himself. Two people are recommended though because it is very very heavy. We've been very satisfied with the unit so far. It has an eco mode which we've utilized quite a bit. It cools the entire floor which is what we were hoping. For reference, the space is 520 sq feet.

Easy to install, features are easy to operate and self explanatory, love the remote use and it cools the area well.

Frigidaire has lived up to it's name with this purchase. We bought this a.c. as replacement at could feel the difference right away. With our old a.c. unit we needed a fan in addition to help cool the living room. With this unit it cools the living and part of the dining room. The install took a little while with the help of a YouTube video and a couple planks of wood. It was also very heavy (120lbs) but that was to be expected. I am happy with the purchase so far.

It runs quietly and cools well. The manual says it is low cost to operate and energy efficient. Dr George Tomes

This is a great A/C unit. Definitely too heavy for one person to deal with. Highly recommend an install. This cools my bedroom, office and living room- right around 900 square feet- and even makes it's way downstairs a bit. Unit looks nice as well, matte not glossy, not too boxy and pretty simple in appearance. Would recommend this product so far- I've had it about a month.

Cools my downstairs Kitchen, Living room, Dinning room! Pretty quiet Nice looking unit. My whirlpool just died on me after 25 great years!! I hope this one last that long!! when installing the window kit use the 10 screws to mount it. its the only 10 same screws they give you 4 on top and 3 on each side! just so you know you're making the threads yourself!! the sides you're doing from the inside out, into the plastic according sides.
