Easy installation. Cooled our living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and front bathroom in about 45 minutes. The unit it quiet. Easy to use.

This AC is great. cools the whole downstairs area quite well, which I believe is about 850' (maybe a bit more). The only con - it is extremely heavy, so it's a bit of a chore to put in the window.

I have a two bedroom apartment and this air conditioner keeps the living room freezing cold and the rest of the apartment very comfortable, in a 100 degree weather. Love it and it runs very quiet.

This A/C unit works great. I installed in the living room and the whole house gets freezing cold. Great energy saver too.

The installation was relatively easy. The shell secures to the window, making the air conditioner very stable, then slide in the cooling unit and you are done. The power of this machine cooled the entire upstairs from a hall window, eliminating the need for smaller room sized units. Great deal for the money, and saved a lot of time and money.

It's a big heavy a/c, but installation went well and two large rooms with high ceilings are pleasantly cool. And quiet.

It runs quiet, has all sorts of settings and timers. I am very pleased with this. The only drawback is that the sliders that go on the side of the unit don't stretch wide enough for some windows and thus you'll need to come up with something to fill the extra space to keep your home safe from intruders. My window is 44.5" wide so a board had to be inserted to fill the extra space.

The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the installation process. Please be aware that you will have to take the A/C unit itself out of the casing to install it. It took me about two hours and multiple trips to Home Depot (needed bigger brackets) to get the job done. I consider myself pretty handy, but this project almost broke me. Aside from that, the actual product is great. Definitely love the cooling power and it is much quieter than expected. I highly recommend if you have a large open area.
