This washer is not as quite as I wished it was. The only other issue I have with it is having to leave the door open so it doesn't smell.

We have been provided with the opportunity to compare 'apples to apples' which is not usually the case w/appliance purchases. Sooo similar and yet many welcome improvements all within the presentation of the original stackable unit. It just does everything better - a little and a lot better. i.e. I feel I have more control with this front-loading washer in that once the old front-loader was ~2 mins. into the cycle, there was no going back . . . the cycle had to finish, could not be cancelled, just begin again after the load rinsed/spun. No longer the case. After 2 months, no spinning issues, loads are always as dry as possible for the dryer. No noise, no shaking the dryer above, nothing but lovely clean clothing.

For a low cost, its a good value! It's easy to install.

never owned one before and works great, can wash jeans and needs half the drying time. Have used it to for delicates and not wrinkled.

This one must have been dropped somewhere along the way. On the spin cycle it vibrated so hard that it walked itself out of the closet...like really, 8 inches out into the hall before I stopped it. This too, was an open box new purchase from Best Buy. I will have to contact BB or Frigidaire to see what options I have. Service or replacement....but it is not functional as it is now.

Good washer for rthe price....decent price and very easy to use

Had the washer for a little bit over one month, have been using it regularly, three times a week and the overall performance is very good. Items washed are cleaned, no detergent residue, easy to dry.

Is comfortable because have their own drawer to put detergent, bleach and softner.

I would recommend this to anyone.Very quiet during operation

I am very happy with this model although I did not have a lot to choose from. My laundry room has a built-in counter which sits above the washer and dryer. Most machines now are taller than I could accommodate so my choice was limited. This is a very good machine with more than enough options for me to choose from. I would definitely recommend it for the features and price.

I wanted a front load, but didn't want to pay a lot for it. But for the price, I am glad that I bought this one.

Other washer died, had to get a new one FAST. Have credit with Best Buy, so off we went to buy a new washer.

So far the washer is working good. Clothes come out almost dry, which saves dryer time. While its in the wash cycle its really quiet. When it gets to the spin cycle it starts noticeably vibrating but not to the point its annoying.

Overall very satisfied as I have light laundry needs. Cycle is short and clothes clean well.

It is great for the water saving features, and very economically priced.

Love the front load design. Has a sturdy thick seal to keep water from dripping out when u open the door. Gets cloths clean and doesn't seem to sour as fast

I got it open box for $420 and guess what it washes my clothing! What else could I say.

Be sure to take out shipping screws on back of washer. Will shake badly if not balanced
