We purchased the washer and dryer set on a great deal at best buy. Free pedistal with purchase. Delivery was wonderful and speedy.They worked with our schedule. The first night was frustating. I had some problems with the washer not wanting to start the wash and then when it did stated there was no water.I rechecked the hoses and also the clothes (which in fact were wet)I then tried a spin cycle and the washer flashed sensing and them would just shut off (over heated maybe) When I called the customer service number they attempted to troubleshoot the problem only to tell me that they could not figure it out reading the manual and then gave me 3 phone numbers of service people "in my area" that I could call that works on the appliance. The first number was in MI(I am in IL) so as for customer service on Fridigere side I give it a 0. And all the numbers they gave me only had someone there from 9-5Monday through friday. We called best buy and they had someone out here the next day.Meanwhile we attempted to use the model after my husband played around and was able to start a load of laundry only to feel like a horrible earthquake was happening during the spin cycle. When the person from best buy came out they said it was because we had the unit on a 2nd floor laundry room. The unit was suppose to have an antivibration on it. Unfortunatly I am going back to best buy to return them and get a top loader because the tech that was here said no front loaders would work on a 2nd floor laundry room.

it was too big to fit through the door , i ended up with nothing.......
