The previous version of this gas dryer lasted 17 years. I would have repaired the old model, but the timer is no longer available. This new model dries better and makes less noise. The fewer the options the better. Humidity sensor works wells on the new model. Delivery was on time, and the deliverymen were professional and picked up the old dryer for recycling. Best Buy is wonderful for appliances.

great but seems much more flimsy than my old Maytag. Nonetheless, it does the job for an entry level dryer. takes a bit longer to dry and has less settings than my 20 year old maytag. 30 mins, 60 mins and 90 min setting

My previous Frigidaire lasted me nearly 15 years so I'm happy to have found another at a good value. I needed stackable and like how the updated model has even more capacity.

This is a good dryer. Anything is an upgrade over my previous 20 year old unit, so keep that in mind. But overall, I could see most people being happy with this. It works.

I find this dryer a good deal to get when you're on a tight budget

I love my dryer especially not have to iron . I dry my clothes and the no wringles and it works wonders. My kids love not have to iron early in the morning. They just hang them up and they are ready to wear. I save a lot of money on dry cleaning also.

We looked at many different stores for stackables and found these at Best Buy and were priced at a very affordable price. Delivery was right on time and set up was easy. Very, very happy with everything from the buying thru to the setup to the use.

The staff of Best Buy has been more than helpful and acomadating. Unfortunitaly the appliances are just not working properly.

dont' buy it unless you get best buy warrenty it might break down fwith in two weeks

This is the second Fridgidaire dryer I've owned in less than 3 years. (The 2nd not by choice#. My first machine failed within 8 months of purchase with multiple issues. First, it started burning and ruining clothes / towels. After multiple "repairs", the "control board" went out and was serviced again. I called Fridgidaire #Electrolux# customer service to complain stating that the machine was obviously a lemon and should be replace free of charge as my wife and I were having to take multiple days off work to be home for service appointments which included 1 for each "diagnosis" and 1 for each "repair". Then, within another month, the door open error started in. Finally, Fridgidaire offered a full refund only IF I agreed to purchase a second Fridgidaire machine #the not by choice purchase#. Well, as fate would have the 2nd machine also went down with the door open error 3 moths after the manufacturers warranty expired. Serviced the machine on 8/13/12 and on 10/10/12 same thing #door open error#. Came out an "serviced" yesterday #10/18/12# and 10 minutes #yes 10 minutes) after the first dry cycle was initiated, guess what E-66 Door Open error re-occurred. Never, EVER will I purchase another Fridgidaire product!!!

Awesome dryer, wish there were more options for smaller capacity rooms and spaces. It does the job :) and I am satisfied.

It dries our thick cloth diapers well and looks good :)
