This AC is awesome! I was suspicious from most of the comments for this product, but when I got it, I realized that most of the people are super picky or are not familiar with technology. I was able to set this up with ease and the app works perfectly. It does take a few seconds to load, but so does every other app you use. I created a schedule on the app so that I have a cool room waiting for me when I get home from work without even pressing a button. It keeps the room cool even with the Eco mode on, which is saying a lot. Also, it lets you know when to clean the very easily cleanable filter so that you don’t have a dusty AC in 2 years. If you were thinking of buying this AC....do it!

I reallly like this AC u it. It is in my 15×15 bedroom and it cools it very fast. This thing is by no means (quiet) it sounds as loud as any in this size and power. Had trouble ssetting up wifi and the non existent buttons are annoying. I like actual Buttons to press, so then I know I pressed it or not. Plus the buttons light upp only when touched, so if it is dark and you need to press a button on the unit you have to touch an area for the light to light up and then press it. No more memorizing button locations. Plus the remote is a joke. Peice of shinto. Might as well not include a remote

This AC is a great buy, performs well in an average size room, cools in a fast and efficient manner. The price point was good and the set up was fast and easy since it is not very heavy and has a sleek streamlined design.

I love this a/c. Its fast and also intelligent with wi-fi and the ability to schedule a specific time of function. The control remote makes it very convenient for those lazy days in bed.

- Easy to get in window and turned on - Cools a bedroom as expected for unit of this power Not sure if it was a great value - store had a small selection. I think the price was about average and hopefully it will last a long time. Make sure it's angled properly out of the window. The whole front of the house outside below the window where it's installed is wet. You would not want all that water inside your house!

It’s easy to use and cools down your room quickly. I love that you can schedule times for it to turn off and on. And you can control it away from home. It’s awesome

This AC is easy to install. It’s quiet compared to other brands and is as effective as others. A plus is the app you can download which let you manage your ac settings from the comfort of your phone. You can turn it on ahead of time, so a cool house/room will welcome you when return from a busy day arbor home or school.

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the WiFi connectivity is quirky the ac has lost its WiFi connection a few times since install the ac is great and does a nice job cooling the room when the WiFi is connected the app is easy to use and the alexa integration is great the remote is convenient and easy to use

Installation is fairly simple and cools our bedroom well. Definitely more attractive than other window units.

I was attracted to the sleak look of this unit and when I took it out of the box I instantly fell in love. He had a few bumps and bruises and his filter light keeps coming on every so often but he keeps me cool in this summer heat. Next time no open box for me, I'm sticking to new!!!

Its not overpowering at 6,000 BTU, but it gets the job done. It's very attractive looking... the display is nice. Average as far as noise level. The bluetooth feature works well also...I have it synced to alexa. I would recommend for a smaller AC

Decent unit for small bedroom. While my tablet and phone connect to my wi fi just fine in that room, while trying to set up with the app, the network would not show at all. I've heard quieter units out there, but it cools nicely.

The air conditioner works well cools off a 10x12 room in around 30 min. The app is great can control multiple units. Only problem is that its loud. Alot louder than expected.

So far, so good with this air conditioner. It cools a small bedroom just great. I love that if my son forgets to turn it off when leaving for the day, I can just say “Alexa turn off the bedroom AC”. He has also used the app while out and about to turn it on and make sure his room is good and frosty when he gets home.

It's great for smaller spaces up to maybe 200-300 square feet, but not for anything larger and takes a while to cool effectively. I love that I can program a schedule and turn on the ac from the mobile app before I get home. The filter light comes on from time to time even though there's no dust on the filter at all, so it needs to be reset occasionally. It's also kind of awkward how it blows upward so it might take longer to cool, but that might just be a personal preference. All-in-all a beautifully designed machine that's great for small rooms.

Replaced a old model with this. Quiet, cools quickly and looks good. The cool part is its WiFi enabled and after downloading the app, you can turn it on and off when out of the house and klnow what the temp is in the room and what the AC temp is set to and change it if needed.

These are very nice machines; I got three for our bedrooms and they do a nice job of cooling to the set temperature - regardless of outside temperature (a common weakness for Window A/C units is to stop cooling when the outside temp drops). The main attraction for us is the mobile app which is much easier to use from bed without having to search for a remote control. Also, I can turn on the AC before I go to the bedroom (or before getting home) and the timer shut-off is easier to set on a phone App than any front-panel control or remote. The App itself is not very polished, but it does do the job. It's fairly quiet - especially the compressor itself, which is not much louder than the fan so it doesn't wake me up like other AC's that I've had. The display on the unit is facing upwards which is convenient for any typical window (would be annoying for a basement high-mounted window, but I rarely need the display since I use the phone App).

I used to have an LG 10000 portable ac and got rid of it I wasn’t too happy with it I got this last month and it’s working great very cold and very quite I love the fact that I can turn it on and off using my phone even if I’m a way too far I’m thinking to buy another one

The unit is a little noisy when it shifts gears cooling and then not as it temperature adjusts, but its doing a good jopb of keeping us cool in this humid heat!

Great A/C. I love the fact that I can get on my phone and turn on the A/C while I'm still at work , that way by the time I'm home my house is already cool
