Great looking microwave at a great price

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could give 0 stars, because how do you give a single star to an appliance that dies in less than 1.5 years? Purchased in November 2013, and it worked fine. No complaints. However, this morning it made a sound and died. Now I have complaints. In talking to appliance salespeople and repairmen, microwaves just aren't dependable. So since we did not buy a service policy on this microwave, we're stuck either paying for repair or buying a new microwave less than 1.5 years after purchase. Moral of the story - buy the service plan when buying a microwave.
