I like the fact that you can put a 13 x 9 dish on the included rack. I like that you can close the door and push the number and the oven will automatically turn on for that number of minutes. I also like the big handle. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is that the panel is very hard to see/read when the overhead kitchen lights are on. Even the time is hard to read. I called Frigidaire to see if there was a display lighting feature that would make it brighter. They said no. So I now put my hand over the panel to shield the overhead lights and that helps.

It fits our kitchen perfectly. Took since Oct 6th to get it after we were told it was in stock. The first one was badly damaged so it was returned. Another part of the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer.

A cinch to install and Easy to set up for use. Highly recommended.

Boy they have come a long way in micro-waves. I had no idea. This one is also a convection cooker and some other kind of cooker that I haven't figured out yet. If I had known before had many uses it has, I don't think I would have bought a double oven range because the micro-wave also does conventional baking.

It works great but the key pad is confusing. Grandma would never figure it out! In addition there is no back light to pad.

It was very easy to mount and works as it should. The salesman was very good help with all of my Questions and went right away to make sure it was in stock. I have bought from him before and will again.

I’m happy with the micro except it does not have a turn table on and off, otherwise we are very satisfied with it.

This is the best microwave ever. You can actually bake in this by turning on that feature. It was perfect for the holidays when I wanted to cook the meal in the oven/range and bake a dessert - provided me with an additional oven!

WOW what a difference cooking is now, able to cook more things such as(biscuits) at the same time, no more waiting for a turn in the oven. wife loves it :-)

This attractive unit works quite well. I'm surprised at how quite it is. My main complaint is that half of the buttons on the control panel are very difficult to read unless the room is brightly lite. All in all I would recommend it.

I wasn't sure about purchasing this item and spoke to a couple of sales people, both at Best Buy and other appliance stores. The convection feature works like an extra oven. I was able to remove my little toaster oven from my counter by making this purchase. I'm so glad I decided to make the purchase. The food cooks well and taste great.

Still learning how to use all the features. It's a little hard to press the start button - you have to be very intentional. Also the door could be squared up a little better. Looks and works great though.

We love the Frigidaire gallery collection. This is our second microwave that we've had from the Frigidaire gallery line. We got this one because of the convection oven option. We used it once so far and it seemed to do really well. We just have to get used to adjusting the times and temperatures from conventional oven's. It's nice to have an extra often around the holidays.

Bought this for my daughter's family of boys! Withstanding a workout so far. She loves the convection option.

I love the automatic programs that are built in. I only wish that it had an auto night light feature.

This is a great microwave. I love that it has the convection option, although, I have not used that option yet, but the microwave is awesome. The popcorn setting is spot on, perfect for the 3.5oz bags. I also like that it has the rack so you can heat up more than just one dish if you need to.

Easily installed by myself. Looks great over the new range. Seems to be less wattage than the one it replaced. Probably over bought with the convention oven feature.

This microwave is awesome for the price. It cooks evenly and quickly in all settings. The convection option is helpful when more baking capacity is needed. The inside is all stainless, so clean up is a breeze! It is by far the quietest microwave I've ever had. Very pleased!

This is the best unit I have ever owned, and I have had many. Love the oven feature.

Works well, haven't used convection yet. Only annoyance is that it continues to beep until you either push stop or open the door - when you are busy in the kitchen - it just keeps beeping.
