Easy to get & affordable

They gave me the run around stating that it was out of stock with all companies and I'd have to wait up to 90 days more than the 2 months I had already waited. I went to Best Buy's site and was able to pick the item up at the warehouse the next day. Grateful to Best Buy!!! My kitchen is now complete.

Nice Convection microwave oven

Controls seem to be fine. This microwave is not as powerful as the one it replaced. Have Best Buy install the product for you. Install template was difficult and confusing.
