It's Funny Right at the 2 Year Mark after the Warranty Runs out the Microwave function dies. The Oven part of it still works which is weird. Other then that it ran great for 2 years

Bought 5 years ago and we really didn't use it much. While cooking broccoli for 5 minutes it just shut off and stopped working for no reason. After spending all that money and a 3 ear warranty I would have expected it to last a lot longer then 5 years

When our old, cheap over the range microwave stopped working, we jumped at the idea of upgrading to a convection oven/microwave combo. We spent an entire day researching and checking out floor models and found that most were simply too large for our space, didn't heat above 400 degrees F, or had poor reviews. This model was exactly the right size, heats up to 450, had good reviews, and had the bonus of being on sale! Installation was easy work for my husband and I (who are both pretty inexperienced with such things). It's 900 watts of power do make for somewhat slower microwave times than I was accustomed to, but the difference is negligible. The fan and microwave itself are vastly more quiet than our old model- a huge upgrade. We opted to test the convection oven by baking a cookie and found it to work well, preheating to 350 in only a few minutes and baking it evenly. My only complaint is that there doesn't appear to be a way to turn the turntable off while baking. A feature like this would be nice as most oven-safe bakeware is rectangular or square and are too large to sit on the lower metal rack (which is supposed to rest on the turntable) without bumping the walls. Overall I give this appliance an A! I'm happy with our purchase.

The microwave is easy to install, looks great, it is quiet and best of all it has the easiest controls compared to other microwave/convection combo appliances. This model was supposed to replace my 12 year old off brand over the range 1000 watt microwave. First thing I noticed when using the microwave, the cooking would take from 2 to 5 minutes on average longer to cook anything compared to my old microwave. I expected slightly different cook times since this microwave it's 900 watts compared to my old 1000 watt microwave but the difference was very significant. The convection, micro/convection option it would have been great feature but every time I used it(7 times) the smell like burned plastic/rubber would become really bad. Preheat to 450F would take around 15-20 minutes and then entering suggested cook time still left the food half way cooked. It's also supposed to be fingerprint resistant, but is not. The annoying end of cooking 4x beeping will repeat until the button is pressed or if door is opened but there is an option in settings to turn the beeping off completely. As much as I really did not want it to uninstall and return it, but after finding similar complains on different sites, I end up returning it. It's too bad, I had high hopes for this microwave/convection appliance especially for the price.

GARBAGE. This microwave has the most painfully irritating, annoying, unnecessarily OBNOXIOUS set of THREE LONG, LOUD beeps (imagine a car horn held down for 3 seconds each, 3 times in a row, every time the timer goes off) to indicate the end of the cooking cycle. To make matters worse, it then continues to re-beep in the same annoying way about every 20-30 seconds--not even a minute apart!--constantly screaming at you like the house is on fire until you run to get your stuff out of the microwave when you're in the other room doing stuff, like any normal person. Hello, you always let food cool down for 1-2 minutes in a microwave anyway; Frigidaire, what is the freaking emergency!??? This constant incessantly obnoxious beeping every 20 seconds is unnecessary and annoying, and sure to disturb your family/roommates!!!!! As if that's not bad enough, all the front control buttons are ridiculously difficult to press just to enter cook times every time you use it. There is no way to quiet the obnoxiously over-zealous beeping except to turn off all beeping completely. People, we have been making microwaves and touch panels for what, 50-60 years? Why change what isn't broken? Unbelievable that this a design like this can make it through QA testing. Why anyone would give this microwave a positive review is beyond me. One of the most annoying appliances I've ever used in my life.

I just had the 2nd microwave installed. The first one has worked flawless for a year now and the 2nd one was installed last week. I mostly use 400 degrees but the oven maxes at 450.

This is a wonderful microwave, I love that it does both microwave and convection oven. I have had no problems thus far.

This was a great microwave, until the Magnatron died 18 months after purchasing. Now the unit will not power up at all and Frigidaire will not stand by the product, so here I am on March 15th, 2016 shopping for another Microwave after purchasing this one on May 23, 2014. I expect more than this out of a well known and relatively expensive brand. Very disappointed - and I will never purchase another Frigidaire or Electrolux (same company) product.

Doesn’t cook food evenly anymore so half the food and plate is ice cold and half the food and plate is scalding hot. Bummer it didn’t last very long! :(
