It's simple to use, and works as expected. That said, it doesn't have as many features as our 10yr old over the range microwave which was a fraction of the cost.

After ten weeks of the run around (and NO microwave), Frigidaire has finally agreed to replace the unit. Apparently the parts are available to the factory and leave none for repairs. Best Buy has been helpful thus far, but I’ll believe it when I see the new one.

The magnetron failed and Best Buy states the parts to replace it are not available and the model has been discontinued. They charged me an additional $282 to replace it with this model even though I had a 5 year warranty. I paid $900 for my original product. In my past experience when I had a warranty claim, the company replaced the item with a similar product at no additional cost. This item is the only similar built-in microwave on the market. I will not purchase another Frigidaire product and definitely will not purchase another appliance from Best Buy.
