Microwave has several quick start and sensor settings which are very convenient. Runs quietly and has a high-volume (loud) ding upon completion of timed setting. Can hear the ding from other parts of house. Light setting and fan setting are good. Fit in same slot of different brand unit being replaced. Installation was quick and easy by my husband and a friend. Looks nice with a different brand range which has oven door with same look as microwave door. Controls are easy to read.

I purchased this microwave because of the size and because it matched my Frigidaire Gallery oven. For the most part, the appliance worked well for 2 years. I was very disappointed that it only last for 2 years because my last one gave me use for over 5 years and this one cost me over $400. Usually when a total loss of power happens, it is due to the power fuse behind the control panel, not in this case. Searching for a more reliable one this time.

Got this to replace the older, nonfunctional model. So far, it has been working. Good product. Easy to use.

Loving our new microwave. It's a little bigger than I expected but the fantastic installers did a little "nip and tuck" and it looks great. Very modern, sleek, attractive design. Easy to use with lots of great features. Very happy with this purchase.

I like the microwave but if you open the door before the end of the time you set it for, you will trip a circuit breaker. Also, the defrosting is not an exact science; the food defrosts uneven and sometimes some of the meat can come out cooked in spots.

This microwave was not to hard to install but it definitely helped to have a large box sitting on the cooktop (directly under the microwave) and then used two more cutting boards to close-up the gap so no one had to support the weight of this big machine while doing all the fitting etc. The instructions were fairly clear & we were doing a replacement unit, not new install, so it wasn't too hard. We could not use previous unit holes but close. Good instructions for various exhaust possibilities. Helps if you have done some construction projects and have good tools. Needed some shims because of tile backsplash. Nice looking unit. Love the two LED light bulbs. Very bright for our dark cooking area. Unit works well so far.

You can do many things very easily with it..pre programmed and easy..only thing is the beeping on completion..it has to be made for an impatient deaf person..loud 3 beeps and then over and over and loud long beeps are iritating..cooking and reheating are the best and so easy..really enjoy that

Great product, works fine. Intially, microwave oven was making noise but as I used it more often I don't hear any noise. Overall, great product.

This unit replaced one that quit after 20 years of service, and what an improvement! I love the look and all of the functions of this microwave. The only issue was that the provided template for installation was not precise.

Picked this up from BB. i was loking online and found that BB was a little higher they price matched me, took this babd boy home. Cant complaint is a little bigger than my 1.5 that it replaced. The only thing that bothers my wife its when is done heating it keeps on beeping so you dont forget its done besides that i love the looks and cooking power.

So far so good, love the new LED panel lighting underneath. Works as expected and installed easily. Only problem is that the number panel has some visible scratching on it after removing the film as well as a small scratch on the stainless portion of the microwave as well. Not taking it down and returning it so I guess I have to just deal with it.

We initially looked at a microwave costing twice the amount when we spotted this open box special. It had all the features we wanted and saved us money!

My Samsung microwave just took a dump after 5 years. I’ve only used this for a couple days, but it seems very nice so far. It’s sturdy, I really like the LED lighting, and it’s surprisingly quiet. I hope it lasts longer than my Samsung.

This matches the other Gallery appliances. Was easy to install and cooks well. Only issue is the irritating beeping when it is done cooking.

My Gallery over the stove microwave looks great and I like the new design features that are clean and simple. Very happy with it so far!

It is a microwave hood. The led stovetop lighting is an upgrade over my previous Frigidaire. The vent fan is quieter as well, particularly on low speed. Despite calling Frigidaire to confirm an exact fit with my previous model it required changes everywhere (!) for mounting; backsplash needed to be cut back, upper cabinets needed new holes, etc. It went from what i thought was a screwdriver install to requiring a diamond blade to cut tiles, a hole saw and a few hours work. For that i deduct a star! Also, if my experience is any guide expect to get 8 years out of this microwave before a repair or replacement. I am on my fourth and each have lasted 5-8 years.

Sleek, smudge proof, a perfect fit to our kitchen. It was also very easy to install. Directions were clear and concise.
