Quick and easy install with a sleek look. The microwave has just enough functions to make it useful but not so many that it makes it difficult for kids to use.

I'm really happy with this purchase. My first over the range microwave and it truly frees up counter space from the countertop one I had. It's quieter and works just great. I haven't used all the features but looking forward to using them.

The microwave does an excellent job when using the sensor cook. It is very quiet during operation. My biggest complaint would be the rattling noise from the turntable. I have tried to re -adjust the glass plate Nothing works it vibrates when in use. Cheaply made ! The interior is a breeze to clean. Not as solid as my old LG but cooks great !

Definite upgrade from previous. Bought for the sensor cook feature. Reheating pizza with sensor cook was impressive. The pizza did not dry out and warmed evenly and well. The light and fan work well. Installation was easy.

This microwave is very easy to use and it is much quieter when operating or using the fan, than my previous microwave.

We got this newer model to replace the older one, which stopped working after 6 years. This one is a little easier to read. Nice update to have a label to show where the filter is, and it seems to be easier to remove that cover.

This has a lot of room in it. It has features i haven't even used yet. Always reliable and fast!

I had high hopes for this unit based on all of the positive reviews. Sadly my experience didn't measure up. I had some issues getting the top template to line up properly to start with, an issue I didn't have with the unit this one replaced. When I finally got the thing hung up I opened the door to peel of the protective plastic and the door fell off the top hinge into my hands. The bottom hinge stayed connected, but luckily I had a butter knife nearby to use as a lever and allow the hinge pin to slide back into the hinge. I then had to attempt to bend the hinge to stay engaged. This all happened the night before Thanksgiving so I couldn't call for support, and needed the thing working for the next day. Since then the hinge is a little stiff, but functional. The controls on this thing are inconvenient at best. My previous unit allowed you to type a number for multi-select options like power, or sensor cook setting, this unit forces you to press the button multiple times to select an option. The features on this thing are pretty basic for the cost. Especially when similar devices were $100-$150 less. The ~10 year old previous unit that this one replaced had a ton of features and cooking modes, most of which I never used, so I convinced myself the simpler feature set might be better. Unfortunately, without adjusting for inflation I paid about the same amount for the old unit and this unit, so ultimately it really feels like an expensive step down for this unit. In the end I paid more for this unit than comparable competitors because it had more positive reviews for the score than those competitors. If it weren't so difficult to drop it down and return it, It'd have been returned already. Finally, the features for the price are pretty minimalistic. The quality is lacking. And the interface is inconvenient. But it does cook food (just don't try to soften butter unless you want it to melt and super heat it)

Good looks and works well so far. Removing the rack is a little irritating because I do not usually do 2 levels of microwaving at the same time. It's not difficult to remove just then you have to put it somewhere and then put it back in. Maybe they could come up with a place to store it when not in use

This is my second Frigidaire Gallery microwave (I'm changing appliance colors). Nice unit. Nice style and color. White interior was a must. Door operates easier than first, but still could be quieter. Only real complaint is control panel. Last line of symbols isn't as visible as numbers, etc. Also, because I turn on light over cooktop often, light symbol could be either front or end of that line so guessing its location would be easier. Very difficult to find when light in kitchen is low. Considered finding a metallic sticker to place below light symbol. What a tacky solution for a nice appliance!

Great Micro ! For the money and size. Not the most powerfull, but seems to cook stuff equal to 1100 watt units I have had. Have had zero Issues with it, and after replacing 2-3 old ones now that had quirks early in there existence. This one seems to be the resolution so far ! HAPPY

Very nice. We had more or less same model before and it died after 8 years. But Frigidaire made some nice improvements. The LED lighting in the oven and under the vent are really appreciated. Also controls seem a bit more modern. Very happy.
