I would have given 5 stars except for two things. The door, which extends beyond the actual oven part is so wide that you have to make a special effort not to hit yourself in the face when you open it. I know it looks sleek, but it’s poor design. Second, although the microwave itself is very quiet, the vent fan on high or medium is incredibly loud. Otherwise, I like the oven just fine.

Bought this to replace a Maytag microwave that died after about 15 years. I chose this microwave because the installation instructions showed it would work with my cabinet depth without needing to add a board behind it, because it has a relatively large glass platter (other microwaves with the same cubic feet had significantly smaller platters), and reviews indicated it was better quality than most others (i.e., others had complaints about door alignment, the door handle coming apart, etc.), It's working great so far. The LED lighting underneath is a vast improvement over the dim incandescent bulb that our old unit had. The modes for heating beverages and reheating various things seem to know when to stop better than our old one's did. I also like having a button to add 10 seconds in addition to the add 30 seconds button. Very satisfied with the Best Buy installers. I had already removed the dead microwave, so they checked the measurements and got the new one installed very quickly. They even set the time on the control panel. Also, I liked that I could select my installation date during the checkout process online. The other big box home improvement store's website said that I would need to call the installers to arrange a date after completing the transaction, and I didn't want to pay for the microwave without knowing when it was going to get delivered.

This microwave is huge. Little bigger than I had intended but we are happy with it. So easy to use.

We bought this microwave with the matching range. The pair looks grest together. A sleek design with a add 10 second and add 30 buttons provide amazing convenience.

The Frigidaire Gallery Over-The-Range Microwave is a perfect upgrade from our old unit. We are really enjoying and using all the features that this Frigidaire Microwave unit has to offer. The Black Stainless Steel finish looks great in our kitchen.

I like the microwave alot. Quality seems better than a typical over the range oven. Its quiet too.

Once thrown up, I like the overall display, looks pretty sleek. The wave itself is very quiet compared to the 2007 (barely hear it running) Whirlpool it replaced. I will say the exaust fan is very loud. However, I don't use the fan often and on top of that? One knows it's working well. I am only into a few weeks using this microwave and so far I love it. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the Whirlpool at 17 years?

Nice looking. Compliments our new Frigidaire induction range. Very quiet. Bright overhead and interior light. Accurately heats food. Touch screen responds to a lite touch. This one checks all the box's.

The entire family is very happy with the product. It completed the kitchen look the wife was going for . The appliance looks very modern but at the same time the minimal function buttons are easy to follow. Our old micro display, seemed that it had to many function buttons. To soon to give any negative reviews since it been such a short time with it. But I seriously doubt there will any reason to complain. Shout out to the installation guys too. Did a great job and were in and out.

This Frigidaire works perfectly in the space that I have that requires the zero clearance door. It looks great without the normal handle. It is much quieter than my last Frigidaire microwave. The sound of the microwave and the vent are both better than before. Also the light over the stove is brighter than before.

This experience was an Absolute Disaster! I set up installation for a Tuesday. The installer kept me up to date on the installation schedule. That morning, he picked up the microwave and at the store, they had dropped it. I then rescheduled for the next day. No one either called or showed up. I even could see that the installer was about 6 house away from my house at one point. I called Best Buy a lot and no one could help either give me status or line of sight to installation. The Agentic AI used for the Best Buy and Geek Squad Phone numbers was not only useless, but frustrating. Wednesday Night I even got an update that the installer would arrive after 8pm (not great but workable). It never arrived. On Thursday, I again battled with the Phone AI and at the end of the day I went to Best Buy in Manchester, NH. They couldn’t help and gave me the way to get around the AI to a person. When I finally got someone, they informed me that they would investigate and I’d hear back in 48 BUSINESS HOURs. Since it was Thursday after 5pm, that translated to by the end of business 6 business days later (the following Friday). So, I went to Customer Service and cancelled the order. Then, I went to the nearby Home Depot where I bought the same Microwave which has now been installed.

We love the appearance and the features of the Frigidaire Gallery microwave. Fit perfectly over our range between cabinets.

This is not only beautiful but easy to use, only small gripe is that the viewing window is much smaller than you think

This microwave is awesome, it has everything I need. My wife thinks it’s beautiful. Most of all it’s the right fit for our home.

Beautiful and modern, easy to open and close, love the key pad is lowere, eye level. It is heavy recommend using all bolts if can if storing upper level
