Still waiting for a working fridge after 5.5 weeks

This fridge came broken and damaged: outside scratched, light not working, and controls not working. Unable to change the temperature of the fridge section, so it freezes all the food. After rescheduling 4 times, 2 deliveries were cancelled with no explanation and 2 attempted deliveries were unsuccessful as they tried to give us more damaged fridges. All in all we have spent hours on the phone with customer service. Beyond disappointed with Best Buy.

The delivery people were rushing and didn’t do a good job. They left tape everywhere and didn’t put the foot covers on, etc. the bottom shelves are hard to get into the back of the shelves. I do like the fingerprint proof finish

Fridge was delivered without the shelves and the deli drawer. Called Frigidaire and its going to cost me alot out of pocket upfront and it will take weeks before i can the missing parts. Very upset, have a house of 5 and in desperate need of a working fridge..terrible experience

Nice refrigerator. Roomy, Keeps everything nice and cold. I guess my biggest complaint is the doors don’t automatically shut. So yes I have had that soupy ice cream ! Mine also came with a dent in the door so I have been waiting five months for replacement so hopefully that one will work better so but other than that it’s a great refrigerator
