I guess my biggest complaint is the doors don’t automatically shut. So yes I have had that soupy ice cream ! Mine also came with a dent in the door so I have been waiting five months for replacement so hopefully that one will work better so but other than that it’s a great refrigerator

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The delivery was on time and well planned, upon arrival we noticed a dent in the corner. the delivery people made note and we decided to call on it later, as soon as they left we noticed there is no light, the bulb was there but dome piece was missing, the fridge would be awesome if the light werent broken, bought a new bulb still no light.

Buying the icemaker separately was a mistake. Try to get one with icemaker installed at factory. And Best Buy should let customer indicate which side of doors should open in the computer order. Not have to have a service call to switch door directions.
