We had this for a little more than a months now and no issues so far. It looks sleek and fit perfectly where we had our old fridge. The cu. ft. was about the same as our old fridge but the way you can configure the interior, it seemed much roomier. The only drawback is the ice maker as it does take up some space, but its nice to have a functioning ice maker - heard about issues with Samsung ones so stayed away from that brand. It has the right amount of "tech" stuff, I want this to last at least as long as our old fridge and not have to get a new one like I do with smart phones or computers. The only noise that is noticeable is when it cycles the ice in the ice maker, but it is not really that bad. Other users are correct, that the temperature was hard to set as it was way too cold at the default 37F, so just set it to 38F and it was fine. Freezer was enough room for us. Overall a good buy, considering multiple brands are back-stocked due to the pandemic, we were lucky to get this one on such a great price too. Best buy deliver was quick and efficient, but there was a snafoo with the installer charging me what I had already paid for, but Geek Squad customer service was quick to remedy and refund me.

This refrigerator is perfect for our family. Holds everything we need and it is easy to see everything in it! The ice maker is small but holds a lot because the cubes are smaller. I like that the indicator light for the filter is on the door display. The counter depth is perfect for our recently remodeled kitchen.

Item should be packed better. Took three attempts to get one that wasn't dented. Door alignment is next to impossible to get perfect. Ice maker works ok but is noisy. Display indicator for water burned out after 3 years. Finish is perfect. Smudge free and easy to keep clean. Inside everything works just fine.

This refrigerator is the perfect size to fit counter depth in my kitchen. It has all the storage and shelves needed. Little things that matter water on the door, compact (not oversized) ice cubes And crushed ice available. Two drawer freezer makes it easier to separate items and easily find what you are looking for.

very nice fridge. keeps the stuff nice and cold. plenty of room. would like more ice but understand why. the fridge is on the small side because I bought it that way. easy to keep clean as well.

Family absolutely loves this frig. Holds as much as our old full size frig, can't tell it is a counter depth unless you walk by. The only thing that could be better is the ice maker, we use a lot of ice and seems to have a hard time keeping up.

It’s a good fridge it’s just super loud while it’s running. Love the ice cups that come From it though. That just about the only issue i have with it. Needed something in a hurry. Overall I’m happy just wish it wasn’t so loud.

This refrigerator was purchased at the end of February, 2021. Switching from a side-by-side to a French Door model has been an adjustment but, after nearly two years of operation, I can honestly say this particular model has proven to be a very expensive disappointment. The vegetable crisper and areas along the perimeter of the fresh food compartment freeze whatever happens to be in close proximity. I have tried adjusting the temperatures but nothing seems to solve the issue. I like the smudge-proof exterior surface but it tends to be a bit flimsy and susceptible to dents. I thought it was just the reflection of the light and the angle of view but it turned out to be a large dent over the water/ice dispenser that would be just about the right spot from where someone would push the appliance into place between cabinets or it could have sustained the dent during shipping as well. From what I’ve been able to read, this particular model has been discontinued but, unfortunately, not soon enough for me to have avoided it. My 15-year old Kitchen-Aid side-by-side died a sudden death so I was forced to make a quick purchase which was also hampered by supply availability at the time; to my disappointment, it appears I chose poorly. So should you ever be offered this beauty, even as just as a potential garage fridge, I’d recommend you take a pass unless you like cleaning up exploded canned beverages. Oh, forgot to mention that the wheel on the vegetable bin has already broken off making it somewhat cumbersome to close the drawer properly.

Wasn’t too keen on Frigidaire at first but since all our other appliances were we wanted them to match. Good fridge. Enough space for two people. Ice machine is loud every once and awhile. Feel like we are always replacing the air and water filter

A good buy and good refrigerator except for ice maker discharge. One has to be quite careful when discharging ice into a glass. The ice maker has a discharge tube. If you do not position the glass so it is around the tube, ice spills out and on the floor. The other refrigerator we had did not have this problem. Not a very good design Should be a better design for the price of the refrigerator.

Good size and fit for a smaller size kitchen. Features easy to use

So far the refrigerator is working fine. The ice maker worked for 3 whole weeks before I had to call repairman and he replaced it. They don’t make them like they use to!

After looking extensively for a good unit with all the modern features as well as a counter-depth size, this refrigerator met all of the requirements. Delivery and installation went smoothly and on time.

We just received our refrigerator this past weekend and truly could not be happier with our purchase! The space is incredible, especially for a counter depth fridge. On of our favorite features is the interior lighting, which brightens gradually and then highlights everything inside amazingly well! No more rummaging around for things, it’s all in its place and very visible!

We have been searching for a counter depth refrigerator with French doors double ice maker, LED lighting and outside dispenser. Finally, we found what we been looking for over 2 years. Delivery and installation was a breeze, we are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Having only counter depth space the refrigerator is good. the french door is new for us we are enjoying it, good overall

We needed a counter depth unit to replace our older unit. Looked around and found this unit and it met all of our expectations. It is easier to find things now and more accessible. I like the LED lighting and smaller cubes work better. I would recommend this unit to others.

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. The delivery folks were fantastic.

I changed from the same refrigerator in the double door This refrigerator is a nicer structure I think because I like having all the refrigerated items up top. The only problem is the items in the back of the fridge start to freeze a bit. If I turn the temp up a little, the items in the front won't be as cold as I like so that can be a bit annoying.

Frig is very noisy and the water dispenses lukewarm water. The ice cubes are small and I can’t even fit my water mug to fill with water I’m constantly dripping water on the floor because it doesn’t fit. For the price it’s a huge disappointment. Would not recommend.
